小學(xué)教師情緒覺察的實證研究
[Abstract]:Under the background of constructing high-quality teachers, this study makes a deep research on teachers' emotional intelligence-teachers' emotional awareness. In this study, teachers' emotional awareness is defined as the ability of teachers to identify and describe themselves and students' emotions in educational activities. Teachers' emotional awareness plays an important role in carrying out teaching activities and promoting students' mental health. It is an important part of teachers' quality, especially teachers' emotional quality. However, there are few researches on emotional awareness at home and abroad, even less on teachers' emotional awareness. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the research of teachers' emotional awareness in depth. In this study, literature retrieval, individual interviews, questionnaires, laboratory experiments and other research methods were used to study primary school teachers. The scale of teacher's emotion perception scale and the questionnaire of influencing factors of teacher's emotion perception were compiled, the connotation of teacher's emotion perception was discussed, the development status of teacher's emotion perception was investigated, and the influencing factors of teacher's emotion perception were revealed. The factors that affect teachers' emotional awareness are verified by eye movement instrument. The results show that: (1) the teacher's emotional perception scale and the teacher's emotional perception influencing factors questionnaire can be used as an effective tool for evaluating teachers' emotional perception and influencing factors. (2) there are two main influencing factors of teachers' emotional awareness: subjective factors and objective factors. (3) the overall level of teachers' emotional awareness to students is not high. Teachers can accurately identify students' sad emotions, but the recognition of students' anger is worrying. (4) female teachers' emotional awareness level is significantly higher than male teachers' emotional awareness level; Teachers' emotional awareness level is influenced by the subjects they teach, the liberal arts teachers' emotional awareness level is the highest, the class teachers' emotional awareness level is higher than that of non-class teachers', and the teachers' emotional awareness level is not affected by the grade they teach. (5) Eye-motion instrument can be used to verify the influencing factors of teachers' emotional awareness.
