【摘要】：本研究采用《中學(xué)生壓力源問卷》和《應(yīng)付方式問卷》為調(diào)查工具，對(duì)山東省濟(jì)寧市的554名高中學(xué)生的壓力源和應(yīng)對(duì)方式進(jìn)行測量和調(diào)查，研究結(jié)果顯示： 1、高中生壓力水平處于輕度壓力水平，其中學(xué)習(xí)壓力、家庭環(huán)境壓力和同學(xué)朋友是高中生壓力的主要來源，學(xué)習(xí)壓力的得分為重度壓力。 2、高中生壓力源在學(xué)校、性別、年級(jí)和是否獨(dú)生子女上存在顯著差異，其學(xué)習(xí)壓力在四個(gè)因素上均有顯著差異。 3、高中生更多的采用解決問題和求助等積極的應(yīng)對(duì)方式，，幻想的應(yīng)對(duì)方式也被許多人采用。 4、高中生應(yīng)對(duì)方式在學(xué)校、性別、年級(jí)和是否獨(dú)生子女上存在顯著差異。 5、高中生壓力源和應(yīng)對(duì)方式之間存在相關(guān)性。 6、高中生的壓力源對(duì)于高中生的應(yīng)對(duì)方式有一定預(yù)測作用，特別是學(xué)習(xí)壓力與同學(xué)朋友壓力對(duì)于應(yīng)對(duì)方式中的解決問題、幻想和退避都具有顯著地預(yù)測作用。
[Abstract]:In this study, the stress sources and coping styles of 554 senior high school students in Jining City, Shandong Province, were measured and investigated by means of "Middle School students' stress Source questionnaire" and "coping style questionnaire". The results show that: 1, the stress level of high school students is at the mild stress level, among which the stress of study, family environment and friends are the main sources of high school students' stress. The scores of learning stress were severe. 2. There were significant differences in school, sex, grade and only child among high school students. There are significant differences in the four factors of learning stress. 3. High school students adopt more positive coping styles such as problem-solving and help-seeking. Fantasy coping style is also used by many people. 4, high school students coping style in school, gender, There was significant difference between grade and only child. 5. There was a correlation between stress source and coping style of high school students. 6. The stress source of high school students had a certain predictive effect on coping style of high school students. Especially, the stress of study and the pressure of schoolmate and friend can predict the problem solving, fantasy and avoidance in coping style.
