【摘要】：美國為解決教師短缺和教師質(zhì)量問題,建立了以地方學(xué)區(qū)雇傭?yàn)榛A(chǔ)、強(qiáng)調(diào)中小學(xué)教學(xué)實(shí)踐技能的選擇性教師教育模式。該教育模式具有多樣性、靈活性、針對性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性和實(shí)踐性的特征,是具有大學(xué)學(xué)位、中途改變職業(yè)者無障礙進(jìn)入教師職業(yè)的新路徑。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the shortage of teachers and the quality of teachers, the United States has established a selective teacher education model based on the employment of local school districts and emphasizing the practical teaching skills in primary and secondary schools. The educational model has the characteristics of diversity, flexibility, pertinence, economy and practicality. It is a new way for the professionals to enter the teaching profession in the middle of a university degree.
