經(jīng)驗(yàn)重構(gòu):大學(xué)生心理健康教育的實(shí)踐路徑

【摘要】:當(dāng)下中國(guó)大學(xué)的心理健康教育,重視教師理性權(quán)威,僭越學(xué)生的自我內(nèi)省;強(qiáng)調(diào)傳承科學(xué)知識(shí),輕視學(xué)生的個(gè)體經(jīng)驗(yàn);加強(qiáng)心理咨詢干預(yù),無視學(xué)生的經(jīng)驗(yàn)改造,致使心理健康教育遭遇瓶頸;诙磐淖匀唤(jīng)驗(yàn)主義教育學(xué)、建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論以及羅杰斯人本主義心理學(xué)的"經(jīng)驗(yàn)"思想,探索心理健康教育"經(jīng)驗(yàn)重構(gòu)"的實(shí)踐路徑,提出通過個(gè)體"敘述經(jīng)歷——調(diào)整心態(tài)——反思經(jīng)歷——自我訓(xùn)練"四步驟,培育大學(xué)生的健康人格。
[Abstract]:At present, the mental health education of Chinese universities attaches importance to the rational authority of teachers and overrides students' self-introspection; emphasizes the inheritance of scientific knowledge, despises the individual experience of students; strengthens the psychological counseling intervention, ignores the students' experience reform. Mental health education encountered a bottleneck. Based on Dewey's natural empiricism pedagogy, constructivism learning theory and Rogers'"experience" thought of humanism psychology, this paper explores the practical path of "experience reconstruction" in mental health education. This paper puts forward four steps to cultivate the healthy personality of college students through the four steps of individual "narration experience-adjustment mentality-introspection experience-self-training".
