【摘要】：研究指出，通過培養(yǎng)和提升自我效能可以有效地防止職業(yè)倦怠。但目前的研究很少涉及高校心理咨詢師這一群體。高校心理咨詢師作為我國(guó)大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作的參與者和實(shí)施者，他們的工作狀態(tài)和身心健康，在很大程度上影響著大學(xué)生心理健康教育與思想政治教育的成效，因此，了解高校心理咨詢師的工作狀態(tài)，探討影響他們工作效能的因素，成了本研究關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。因?yàn)橥ㄟ^揭示高校心理咨詢師自我效能與職業(yè)倦怠的特征及其兩者的關(guān)系，將有利于針對(duì)性地提出維護(hù)高校心理咨詢師自身心理健康的措施，也有利于提升學(xué)校心理健康教育工作的實(shí)際效果。本研究采用Melchert等（1996）編制的心理咨詢師自我效能量表和李超平、時(shí)勘（2003）根據(jù)Maslach和Leiter編制的MBI-GS量表修訂的中文版職業(yè)倦怠量表，對(duì)我國(guó)50所高校的185位專兼職心理咨詢師進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查，運(yùn)用SPSS17.0社會(huì)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件，借助描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、相關(guān)分析、獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)、單因素方差分析、事后多重比較等方法，對(duì)高校心理咨詢師自我效能和職業(yè)倦怠的特點(diǎn)、個(gè)體變量差異以及兩者相關(guān)關(guān)系進(jìn)行考察，獲得了以下結(jié)論：（1）高校心理咨詢師自我效能是一個(gè)多維結(jié)構(gòu)，，包括專業(yè)能力知覺、專業(yè)能力信心、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力信心和專業(yè)知識(shí)知覺四個(gè)維度；（2）高校心理咨詢師自我效能整體水平較好，職業(yè)倦怠總體程度不高，情感耗竭方面的程度相對(duì)較高，去個(gè)性化程度不高，低成就感的表現(xiàn)不明顯；（3）高校心理咨詢師自我效能和職業(yè)倦怠在性別上不存在顯著差異，在不同年齡、不同咨詢年限和不同培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷方面存在顯著差異；（4）高校心理咨詢師自我效能與職業(yè)倦怠存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)，表現(xiàn)在專業(yè)能力知覺與情感耗竭、去個(gè)性化和低成就感三個(gè)維度上均存在非常顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)，專業(yè)能力信心和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力信心與去個(gè)性化和低成就感兩個(gè)維度存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)，專業(yè)知識(shí)知覺與職業(yè)倦怠的三個(gè)維度都不存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)；（5）心理咨詢工作的經(jīng)歷和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以及接受系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)能提高心理咨詢師的自我效能，降低職業(yè)倦怠。
[Abstract]:Based on Maslach and Leiter ' s characteristics of mental health education and the relationship between them , the author makes a survey on the characteristics of self - efficacy and job burnout of psychological consultants in colleges and universities .
( 2 ) The overall level of self - efficacy of psychological consultants in colleges and universities is good , the overall level of job burnout is not high , the degree of emotional exhaustion is relatively high , the degree of depersonalization is low , and the performance of low achievement is not obvious ;
( 3 ) There was no significant difference between the self - efficacy and job burnout of psychological consultants in colleges and universities , and there were significant differences in different ages , different counseling years and different training experiences ;
( 4 ) There is a significant negative correlation between self - efficacy and job burnout of psychological counseling teachers in colleges and universities . There is a significant negative correlation between professional ability perception and emotional exhaustion , depersonalization and low achievement sense . There is a significant negative correlation between professional competence confidence and leadership ability confidence and depersonalization and low achievement sense . There is no significant negative correlation between professional knowledge perception and job burnout .
( 5 ) The experience and experience of psychological counseling , as well as the professional training of the system , can improve the self - efficacy of the psychological consultant and reduce the job burnout .
