行動(dòng)研究法對(duì)農(nóng)村留守兒童心理成長(zhǎng)的效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的考察行動(dòng)研究法促進(jìn)農(nóng)村留守兒童在自尊心、團(tuán)隊(duì)信任與合作、耐挫力、建設(shè)性交流等4個(gè)方面的心理成長(zhǎng)作用,為提高農(nóng)村留守兒童心理健康水平提供依據(jù)。方法選取四川省綿陽(yáng)市涪城區(qū)新皂鎮(zhèn)博愛(ài)小學(xué)四至六年級(jí)共81名農(nóng)村留守兒童為研究對(duì)象,采用"不相等控制組前測(cè)后測(cè)設(shè)計(jì)",用行動(dòng)研究作為干預(yù)手段,"Piers-Harris兒童自我意識(shí)量表"、"自尊調(diào)查表"、"兒童社交焦慮量表"作為實(shí)驗(yàn)前后測(cè)的量化考核依據(jù)。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組在自尊、社交焦慮、幸福與滿足三方面前后測(cè)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,對(duì)照組各因子前后測(cè)差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。干預(yù)后男生的社交焦慮水平顯著降低,而女生的自尊水平顯著提高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。從留守兒童及其家長(zhǎng)、協(xié)助教師和研究者4個(gè)方面收集行動(dòng)研究反饋,總體效果良好。結(jié)論行動(dòng)研究法對(duì)于提升農(nóng)村留守兒童自尊心、團(tuán)隊(duì)信任與合作、耐挫力、建設(shè)性交流等方面的心理成長(zhǎng)有較明顯的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of action research method in promoting the psychological growth of rural left-behind children in four aspects: self-esteem, team trust and cooperation, resistance to frustration and constructive communication, so as to provide the basis for improving the mental health level of rural left-behind children. Methods Eighty-one rural left-behind children in grade 4 to 6 of Boai Primary School in Xinzaozhen, Fucheng District, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, were selected as study objects. The "pre-test and post-test design of unequal control group", the "Piers-Harris children self-awareness scale", the "self-esteem questionnaire" and the "children's social anxiety scale" were used as the basis of quantitative assessment before and after the experiment. Results there were significant differences in self-esteem, social anxiety, happiness and satisfaction between the experimental group and the control group. After intervention, the level of social anxiety of boys decreased significantly, while the level of self-esteem of girls increased significantly, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). From four aspects of left-behind children and their parents, assisting teachers and researchers to collect action research feedback, the overall effect is good. Conclusion the action research method plays an important role in improving the self-esteem, team trust and cooperation, resilience and constructive communication of rural left-behind children.
