【摘要】：伴隨著現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)突飛猛進(jìn)、日新月異的發(fā)展，世界教育一體化已經(jīng)進(jìn)入一個嶄新的發(fā)展階段，教育資源共享日益頻繁，教育的合作也更為深入與緊密。網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻公開課作為現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)與教育相結(jié)合的典范，充分探究其建設(shè)發(fā)展方式，拓展其育人價值，，是當(dāng)今網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下思想政治教育工作者的重要責(zé)任和使命。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻公開課具有海量性、自主性、技術(shù)性、交互性、視覺性、開放性等特征。貫徹積極利用、科學(xué)發(fā)展的研究視角，可以發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻公開課的上述特征對于學(xué)習(xí)者的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力、獨立思考能力、價值鑒辨能力以及信息素養(yǎng)等能力與素養(yǎng)的提升提供了新的渠道，也為促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下思想政治教育的發(fā)展和大學(xué)生社會主流價值認(rèn)同提供了新的契機，具有顯著的教育價值。 依托網(wǎng)絡(luò)新媒體進(jìn)行傳播發(fā)展的網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻公開課，其育人過程具有區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)課堂的獨特性，形成了獨具特色的育人機制。具體而言，利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的海量性可以為教育的發(fā)展拓展空前廣闊的平臺，利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的開放性可使得優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源得以充分共享與運用，利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的交互性能促進(jìn)師生間更為良性的互動，利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的共享性，能促進(jìn)大學(xué)與社會的良性協(xié)同，利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的多媒體性能夠提升教學(xué)的感染力，利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的多元交互性能夠提升學(xué)習(xí)者的社會價值認(rèn)同。 在深刻把握網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻公開課育人價值的表現(xiàn)形態(tài)和作用機制基礎(chǔ)上，通過走訪、問卷調(diào)查、比較研究和文獻(xiàn)分析等方法，發(fā)現(xiàn)我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻公開課建設(shè)發(fā)展中存在著重視程度不夠、管理模式僵化、推廣模式單一、配套設(shè)施落后、信息素養(yǎng)匱乏等問題，并從提升意識、明確原則、拓展途徑、加強保障、構(gòu)建評估五個方面重點探討了充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻公開課育人功能的實現(xiàn)路徑。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern information technology and the rapid development of the world education , the integration of the world education has entered a new stage of development , the sharing of educational resources is becoming more and more frequent , and the cooperation of education is more deeply and more closely .

The network video public class has the characteristics of mass , autonomy , technical , interactive , visual , open , etc . It can find that the above characteristics of the open class of network video offer new channels for learners ' autonomous learning ability , independent thinking ability , value discrimination ability and information literacy , and provide new opportunities for the development of ideological and political education in the network environment and the identity of the mainstream values of college students .

Based on the network new media to carry on the network video public course of the propagation development , its educating process has the unique characteristic of the traditional classroom , has formed the unique educating mechanism . In the concrete , the use of the network can make the quality education resources fully share and use , utilize the network ' s interactivity , can promote the benign collaboration between the university and society , utilize the multimedia of the network can improve the teaching infection force , utilize the multi - media interactivity of the network can improve the learner ' s social value identification .

On the basis of deeply grasping the performance form and function mechanism of network video public class educating people , the author finds out that there is not enough attention to the development of network video public class construction in our country through interview , questionnaire investigation , comparative study and literature analysis , etc . , and the problems such as lack of attention , rigid management mode , single supporting facilities and lack of information literacy are found in the development of network video public class construction in our country .
