【摘要】：目的探討哮喘兒童父母養(yǎng)育方式對(duì)患兒行為和心理健康的影響,為實(shí)施心理干預(yù)、采取綜合治療方案提供參考。方法應(yīng)用父母養(yǎng)育方式評(píng)價(jià)量表、Rutter兒童行為問卷父母問卷、漢密頓焦慮量表和抑郁狀態(tài)問卷,調(diào)查了在山東大學(xué)第二醫(yī)院就診的44例哮喘患兒,并與34例健康兒童對(duì)照。結(jié)果哮喘組焦慮、抑郁、行為問題評(píng)分,哮喘組行為問題陽(yáng)性檢出率均高于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。抑郁與父親情感溫暖與理解、母親情感溫暖與理解呈負(fù)相關(guān)。行為與父親過分干涉、父親拒絕否認(rèn)、母親拒絕否認(rèn)呈正相關(guān)。母親情感溫暖與理解與父親情感溫暖與理解、父親過分干涉呈正相關(guān);母親過干涉過保護(hù)與父親情感溫暖與理解、父親懲罰嚴(yán)厲、父親過分干涉、過度保護(hù)呈正相關(guān);母親拒絕否認(rèn)與父親懲罰嚴(yán)厲、父親拒絕否認(rèn)呈正相關(guān);母親懲罰嚴(yán)厲與父親懲罰嚴(yán)厲、父親拒絕否認(rèn)、父親過度保護(hù)呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論哮喘兒童較健康兒童存在更多心理行為問題,父母養(yǎng)育方式對(duì)患兒行為和心理健康有一定影響,父親養(yǎng)育方式與母親養(yǎng)育方式之間有相互關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influence of parental rearing style on children's behavior and mental health in asthma, and to provide reference for psychological intervention and comprehensive treatment. Methods the Rutter Children behavior questionnaire, Hamilton anxiety scale and Depression status questionnaire were used to investigate 44 asthmatic children in the second Hospital of Shandong University and 34 healthy children as control. Results the scores of anxiety, depression and behavioral problems in asthma group were higher than those in control group (P 0.01). Depression and father's emotional warmth and understanding, mothers' emotional warmth and understanding were negatively correlated. The behavior is positively correlated with the father's excessive interference, the father's refusal to deny, and the mother's refusal to deny. Mother's emotional warmth and understanding were positively correlated with father's emotional warmth and understanding, and father's excessive intervention was positively correlated with father's emotional warmth and understanding, father's punishment was severe, father's excessive interference and excessive protection were positive correlation. The mother's refusal to deny is positively correlated with the father's punishment, while the mother's refusal to deny the punishment is positively correlated with the father's punishment, the father's refusal to deny, and the father's over-protection. Conclusion Children with asthma have more psychological and behavioral problems than healthy children. Parental rearing style has some influence on children's behavior and mental health. There is a correlation between father's rearing style and mother's rearing style.
