【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)期間,國民政府推行新縣制,其主要推動(dòng)力是實(shí)施國民教育。作為抗戰(zhàn)大后方的貴州省積極響應(yīng),在對(duì)全省行政區(qū)域、學(xué)校、人員、經(jīng)費(fèi)作初步調(diào)查之后,分年分期分縣制定了詳細(xì)規(guī)劃,國民教育運(yùn)動(dòng)隨之在全省各縣鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)全力推廣開來。在抗戰(zhàn)背景下,貴州省教育經(jīng)費(fèi)和人才極缺,省教育廳通過行政改革、擴(kuò)大師資來源、保障教育經(jīng)費(fèi)籌集等各項(xiàng)措施,保證了國民教育運(yùn)動(dòng)在貴州的順利推行,盡管當(dāng)中存在種種問題與弊病,但它對(duì)于抗戰(zhàn)的堅(jiān)持、教育的維系和發(fā)展具有不可低估的積極意義,特別是對(duì)貴州基礎(chǔ)教育的普及做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, the National Government carried out the new county system, the main driving force of which was the implementation of national education. Guizhou Province, as the rear area of the War of Resistance against Japan, responded positively. After a preliminary investigation of the administrative regions, schools, personnel, and funds of the province, a detailed plan was drawn up by stages and counties, and the national education campaign spread out in all counties and townships of the province. In the context of the War of Resistance against Japan, Guizhou Province's education funds and talents are extremely scarce. Through administrative reform, expanding the sources of teachers and ensuring the raising of educational funds, the provincial education department has ensured the smooth implementation of the national education movement in Guizhou. Although there are all kinds of problems and disadvantages, it has great significance for the persistence of the War of Resistance against Japan and the maintenance and development of education, especially for the popularization of basic education in Guizhou.
