新入職教師從教意愿之質(zhì)化研究

【摘要】:教師的從教意愿是教師對(duì)專業(yè)認(rèn)知或職業(yè)認(rèn)同顯性的、綜合的表現(xiàn)形態(tài),是堅(jiān)定教師職業(yè)理想與信念的前提,它是實(shí)現(xiàn)教師由普通人向?qū)I(yè)者過渡的動(dòng)力訴求。新入職教師作為教師隊(duì)伍的新鮮血液,作為接受新理念的未來教師的中堅(jiān)力量,他們的從教意愿關(guān)系著他們對(duì)教師職業(yè)的看法,關(guān)系著他們是否愿意繼續(xù)從教或終身從教,也對(duì)優(yōu)秀杰出人才是否愿意進(jìn)入教師行業(yè)有至關(guān)重要的作用,同時(shí)從教意愿也對(duì)教師在教育教學(xué)工作中的情緒狀態(tài)和工作熱情影響重大。 本研究采用質(zhì)的研究范式,具體運(yùn)用訪談法、觀察法和實(shí)物分析法等對(duì)四名新入職教師的從教意愿進(jìn)行研究,可以通過新教師的心路歷程深入了解他們從教意愿的具體想法、發(fā)展變化,而且可以為師范教育和教師任教學(xué)校提供借鑒。 透過四位新教師的從教經(jīng)歷和想法了解他們對(duì)自己從教意愿的思考,了解了個(gè)案教師從教意愿的表現(xiàn),即新教師們對(duì)教師職業(yè)充滿敬意但卻排斥從教,繼續(xù)從教和終身從教的意愿也普遍比較消極;分析了影響教師從教意愿的因素包括個(gè)人特質(zhì)、個(gè)體經(jīng)驗(yàn)、從教動(dòng)機(jī)、教學(xué)成就感和教師的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)地位等,個(gè)人特質(zhì)和個(gè)體經(jīng)驗(yàn)是新教師從教前對(duì)教師職業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)有重要影響,從教動(dòng)機(jī)、教學(xué)成就感和目前教師的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)地位對(duì)新教師們是否愿意繼續(xù)從教有至關(guān)重要的作用;之后文章對(duì)新教師從教意愿的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了思考,認(rèn)為新教師本人應(yīng)該剖析自己的教師角色和職業(yè)取向,國家、社會(huì)以及教師任教學(xué)校也應(yīng)該在促進(jìn)教師發(fā)展、滿足教師發(fā)展需要等方面采取相應(yīng)措施予以調(diào)整和改革;最后得出了新教師雖然認(rèn)同教師的巨大作用,但從教意愿總體上表現(xiàn)比較消極,而且容易把教學(xué)工作中的不滿完全歸結(jié)為外部原因。 因此,研究的最后一部分提出要實(shí)行教師公務(wù)員制度提高教師的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)待遇,應(yīng)增強(qiáng)尊師重教氛圍的營造與宣傳,新教師任教學(xué)校應(yīng)多從教師的角度出發(fā),關(guān)注教師的精神成長,師資培養(yǎng)者應(yīng)該從堅(jiān)定教師從教信念方面予以培養(yǎng)。在研究結(jié)尾,筆者對(duì)本研究的研究過程進(jìn)行了反思,剖析了研究存在的缺陷與不足。
[Abstract]:Teachers' willingness to teach is a dominant form of teachers' professional cognition or professional identity. It is the premise of strengthening teachers' professional ideals and beliefs. It is the motive force to realize the transition of teachers from ordinary people to professionals. As the fresh blood of the new teachers and the backbone of the future teachers who accept the new ideas, their willingness to teach is related to their views on the profession of teachers and whether they are willing to continue teaching or not. It also plays an important role in whether outstanding talents are willing to enter the teaching profession, and at the same time, the willingness to teach also has a great impact on the emotional state and work enthusiasm of teachers in education and teaching. In this study, the qualitative research paradigm, interview method, observation method and physical analysis method are used to study the teaching intention of four new teachers, so as to understand the specific ideas of their teaching intention through the new teachers' mental process. Development and change, and can provide reference for normal education and teacher teaching schools. Through the teaching experience and ideas of four new teachers to understand their thinking about their own willingness to teach, we can understand the performance of individual teachers' willingness to teach, that is, the new teachers are full of respect for the profession of teachers, but they reject teaching. The factors influencing teachers' willingness to teach include personal characteristics, individual experience, teaching motivation, teaching achievement and teachers' economic and social status, etc. Personal characteristics and individual experience are the important influence of new teachers' understanding of teachers' profession before they start teaching. The motivation of teaching, the sense of teaching achievement and the current economic and social status of teachers play an important role in whether new teachers are willing to continue teaching; Then the paper thinks about the expression of the new teachers' willingness to teach, and thinks that the new teachers themselves should analyze their teachers' role and professional orientation, and the country, society and teacher teaching schools should also promote the development of teachers. Finally, it is concluded that although new teachers agree with the great role of teachers, they generally show a negative attitude towards teaching, and take corresponding measures to meet the needs of teachers' development. Moreover, it is easy to attribute the dissatisfaction in teaching work to external reasons. Therefore, in the last part of the study, it is proposed that the teachers' civil service system should be implemented to improve the economic and social treatment of teachers, the construction and publicity of the atmosphere of respecting teachers should be strengthened, and the new teachers' schools should start from the perspective of teachers. Pay attention to the spiritual growth of teachers, teachers should be trained from the teachers from the teaching beliefs. At the end of the study, the author reflects on the research process and analyzes the defects and shortcomings of the study.
