【摘要】：游戲是住院兒童的一項基本福利,在促進患兒身心發(fā)展與疾病轉歸過程中具有重要價值。作為世界上首個建立兒童福利制度的國家,英國住院兒童游戲服務體系自上世紀中葉建立以來,其組織構架、運作機制以及管理模式等日臻成熟,發(fā)展至今已形成了對象覆蓋面廣、服務內容全面、從業(yè)人員專業(yè)性強、醫(yī)院游戲指導師培訓與資質認定制度規(guī)范等特征。據(jù)此,我國可以在深入研究和借鑒的基礎上,進一步轉變護理理念、充分依托社會組織資源力量、加強跨學科研究,從而全面推動我國住院兒童游戲服務體系的建立與兒童福利事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Play is a basic welfare for hospitalized children. As the first country in the world to establish a child welfare system, since the establishment of the play service system for hospitalized children in Britain in the middle of the last century, its organizational structure, operational mechanism and management model have become increasingly mature. So far, it has formed the characteristics of wide coverage of objects, comprehensive service content, strong professionalism of practitioners, training and qualification recognition system of hospital game guides, and so on. Therefore, on the basis of in-depth research and reference, our country can further change the concept of nursing, fully rely on the resources of social organizations, and strengthen interdisciplinary research. Therefore, the establishment of play service system for hospitalized children and the vigorous development of child welfare in China are promoted.
