【摘要】：在我國(guó)的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的今天,我國(guó)的國(guó)民逐漸享受到了改革開(kāi)放的紅利,物質(zhì)生活的水平與精神生活的質(zhì)量都取得了很大程度的提升。但毋庸置疑,基于各種原因的存在,收入差距的拉大,以及地區(qū)發(fā)展的不均衡日益成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),這也直接導(dǎo)致高校貧困學(xué)生的心理健康問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生。在高校,貧困學(xué)生這一群體由于家庭的貧窮而產(chǎn)生精神焦慮和抑郁,害怕與人正常交往,或人際關(guān)系不夠和諧等心理發(fā)展上的障礙,學(xué)習(xí)上困難較多等現(xiàn)實(shí)性的問(wèn)題,會(huì)對(duì)其日后的發(fā)展有所不利。對(duì)高校貧困學(xué)生實(shí)施心理健康教育就應(yīng)該從培養(yǎng)積極向上的認(rèn)知觀、滲透健康人格教育、開(kāi)展挫折教育這三方面著手,以促進(jìn)高校貧困學(xué)生心理健康教育的有效性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's market economy, our nationals gradually enjoy the dividend of the reform and opening up, the level of material life and the quality of spiritual life have been greatly improved. However, there is no doubt that the existence of various reasons, the widening of the income gap and the imbalance of regional development have become increasingly social customs. The focus of the note also leads directly to the mental health problems of poor students in Colleges and universities. In Colleges and universities, the poor students, because of family poverty, produce mental anxiety and depression, fear the normal contact with people, or lack of harmonious interpersonal relations and other psychological development obstacles, and have more difficulties in learning and other practical problems. The development of mental health education for poor students in Colleges and universities should be carried out from three aspects, namely, cultivating a positive concept of cognition, infiltrating healthy personality education and carrying out setback education, in order to promote the effective development of mental health education for poor students in Colleges and universities.
