【摘要】：蔡元培與格羅皮烏斯同為教育家、校長(zhǎng)和影響時(shí)代的先鋒人物,都對(duì)兩國(guó)甚至世界產(chǎn)生了較大影響。雖然他們學(xué)術(shù)研究的領(lǐng)域不同,但所處的時(shí)代背景極為相似,在教育思想和人才培養(yǎng)方面有著極大的默契。針對(duì)兩位同為學(xué)者、教育家的時(shí)代精英的人生經(jīng)歷、人格魅力、教育思想等方面進(jìn)行比較研究,認(rèn)為教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)該具有強(qiáng)烈的時(shí)代精神和進(jìn)取意識(shí),憑借自己的寬闊視界和學(xué)識(shí)涵養(yǎng)來(lái)建立一種學(xué)術(shù)獨(dú)立、思想自由的學(xué)術(shù)氛圍,進(jìn)而為社會(huì)、國(guó)家培養(yǎng)出更多具有時(shí)代精神、社會(huì)責(zé)任、學(xué)術(shù)特長(zhǎng)及專業(yè)技能的優(yōu)秀人才。
[Abstract]:Cai Yuanpei, along with Gropius, was an educator, principal and pioneer of the times, which had a great impact on both countries and the world. Although their fields of academic research are different, their backgrounds are very similar, and they have great tacit understanding in educational thought and talent training. According to the comparative study on the life experience, personality charm, educational thought and so on of the two scholars and educators, the author holds that the educational leaders should have a strong spirit of the times and a strong sense of enterprise. By virtue of their wide horizons and self-cultivation, we can establish an academic atmosphere of academic independence and freedom of thought, and then cultivate more outstanding talents with the spirit of the times, social responsibility, academic expertise and professional skills for the society and the country.
