【摘要】：正研究政府的教育職責問題既具有理論意義和實用價值,但同時也是一個非常復雜、極具挑戰(zhàn)性的題目。在《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》頒布之后,這個題目已列入教育體制改革的重大試驗項目,有幾個省市正在積極探索和實踐,但有很多問題尚需進一步研究。下面主要講三個方面。
[Abstract]:It is not only of theoretical significance and practical value to study the educational responsibility of government, but also a very complex and challenging topic. After the promulgation of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020), this subject has been included in the major experimental project of educational system reform. Several provinces and cities are actively exploring and practicing, but there are many problems that need to be further studied. Here are three main aspects.
