【摘要】：桂黔滇喀斯特石漠化地區(qū)是一個(gè)"生態(tài)脆弱—人口超載—資源匱乏—經(jīng)濟(jì)貧困—教育落后"共生的區(qū)域。經(jīng)過相關(guān)的試點(diǎn)工作以及與其他移民方式相比較,開展生態(tài)教育移民進(jìn)而推動(dòng)該區(qū)域的人口"出山入城"是一種可行的移民工作方式,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)該區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展的方式。應(yīng)該對(duì)生態(tài)教育移民模式加以完善并在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)推廣,實(shí)現(xiàn)樹木與樹人的生態(tài)效應(yīng)與社會(huì)效果,提升執(zhí)政的績(jī)效合法性。
[Abstract]:The karst rocky desertification area of Guangxi - Guizhou and Yunnan is an area of " fragile ecological - population overload - resource shortage - economic poverty - education backwardness " symbiosis . Through the relevant pilot work and comparison with other immigration methods , it is a feasible way to carry out ecological education migration and then promote the population of the region to " go into the city " . It is also a way to realize the sustainable development of the region . The ecological education immigration model should be perfected and popularized nationwide , so as to realize the ecological effect and social effect of trees and trees and improve the legitimacy of the performance of the ruling .
