大學(xué)生網(wǎng)癮與社交焦慮、應(yīng)對(duì)方式的關(guān)系

【摘要】:現(xiàn)如今,隨著大學(xué)生上網(wǎng)的比率大幅度提高,由網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮而引發(fā)的各類(lèi)心理問(wèn)題如心理疾病等的大學(xué)生也越來(lái)越多,由此高校大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮問(wèn)題也引起了國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注。本研究在文獻(xiàn)查閱的基礎(chǔ)上,,通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生做關(guān)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮、社交焦慮以及應(yīng)對(duì)方式的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,并探討社交焦慮、應(yīng)對(duì)方式與網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的關(guān)系模型,進(jìn)行量化研究;然后運(yùn)用質(zhì)性研究的方法,以期從社交焦慮和應(yīng)對(duì)方式角度,通過(guò)訪(fǎng)談結(jié)果總結(jié)出影響大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的因素,為高校教育工作者開(kāi)展相關(guān)教育工作提供理論基礎(chǔ)。具體研究結(jié)論如下: (1)高校大學(xué)生中網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮檢出率為11.9%,與國(guó)內(nèi)外多項(xiàng)研究表明大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮比例大致在6.34%—13%之間結(jié)果相近[2]。性別和年級(jí)因素對(duì)大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮有較大的影響。 (2)性別和年級(jí)因素對(duì)大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮影響較大。從性別上來(lái)看,男生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮程度顯著高于女生。從年級(jí)上來(lái)看,大三的網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮程度顯著高于其他年級(jí)。 (3)不同網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮程度大學(xué)生的應(yīng)對(duì)方式類(lèi)型差異顯著,網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮程度較高的大學(xué)生應(yīng)對(duì)問(wèn)題時(shí)更多的是采用自責(zé)、幻想、退避的行為方式,較少采用解決問(wèn)題、求助等成熟的應(yīng)對(duì)方式。 (4)社交焦慮與網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮存在顯著相關(guān),對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮具有直接影響;應(yīng)對(duì)方式各因子與網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮存在顯著相關(guān),對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮具有直接影響。 (5)社交焦慮、應(yīng)對(duì)方式可以共同影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮。社交焦慮和應(yīng)對(duì)方式中的合理化因子對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮有一定的預(yù)測(cè)作用。路徑分析表明,社交焦慮還可以通過(guò)應(yīng)對(duì)方式間接影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮。 (6)影響大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的因素包括:大學(xué)生的個(gè)體身心特征、人際關(guān)系及心理感受、家庭的影響及網(wǎng)絡(luò)本身的吸引力。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the increase of the rate of college students surfing the Internet, more and more college students have all kinds of psychological problems, such as mental illness, caused by internet addiction.As a result, the problem of Internet addiction among college students has attracted extensive attention from many scholars at home and abroad.On the basis of literature review, this study makes a questionnaire on internet addiction, social anxiety and coping style, and explores the relationship model of social anxiety, coping style and Internet addiction.Then the qualitative research method is used in order to sum up the factors that affect the internet addiction of college students from the angle of social anxiety and coping style and provide the theoretical basis for the educators to carry out the relevant education work in colleges and universities.The specific findings of the study are as follows:1) the detectable rate of Internet addiction among college students is 11.90.It is similar to many studies at home and abroad that the proportion of Internet addiction among college students is between 6.34% and 13% [2].Gender and grade factors have great influence on internet addiction of college students.2) gender and grade factors have great influence on internet addiction of college students.In terms of gender, the degree of internet addiction of boys was significantly higher than that of girls.In terms of grade, the degree of internet addiction in junior grade was significantly higher than that in other grades.3) the types of coping styles of college students with different degrees of Internet addiction were significantly different. The students with higher degree of Internet addiction responded to the problems by using self-remorse, fantasy, avoidance behavior, and less using problem-solving.A mature response such as asking for help.(4) Social anxiety has a significant correlation with Internet addiction and has a direct impact on Internet addiction, coping style factors have a significant correlation with Internet addiction, have a direct impact on Internet addiction.Social anxiety, coping styles can affect Internet addiction.Social anxiety and rationalization factors in coping style can predict Internet addiction to some extent.Path analysis shows that social anxiety can also indirectly affect Internet addiction through coping styles.(6) the factors influencing the internet addiction of college students include: their physical and mental characteristics, interpersonal relationships and psychological feelings, the influence of family and the attractiveness of the network itself.
