【摘要】：正財(cái)政部發(fā)布的2012年中央財(cái)政支持教育發(fā)展情況報(bào)告指出,2012年,全國(guó)財(cái)政性教育經(jīng)費(fèi)支出達(dá)2.2萬億元,如期實(shí)現(xiàn)教育規(guī)劃綱要提出的國(guó)家財(cái)政性教育經(jīng)費(fèi)支出占國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值比例達(dá)4%的目標(biāo)。其中,中央財(cái)政教育支出3781億元,比2011年增長(zhǎng)15.7%。在促進(jìn)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展方面,2012年,中央財(cái)政安排農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)保障機(jī)制改革資金865.4億元,全國(guó)約1.2億名學(xué)生享受免學(xué)雜費(fèi)和免費(fèi)教科書政策,中西部地區(qū)約1333萬名家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難寄宿生獲
[Abstract]:According to the 2012 report on the Development of Education supported by the Central Government, released by the Ministry of Finance, in 2012, the national financial expenditure on education amounted to 2.2 trillion yuan.The goal of spending 4% of the GDP on national financial education expenditure as set out in the outline of the education program is achieved on schedule.Of these, the central government spent 378.1 billion yuan on education, an increase of 15.710 yuan over 2011.In order to promote the balanced development of compulsory education, in 2012, the central government allocated 86.54 billion yuan for the reform of the funding guarantee mechanism for rural compulsory education, and about 120 million students throughout the country enjoyed the policy of waiving tuition fees and free textbooks.About 13.33 million boarding students from economically disadvantaged families in the central and western part of the country
