陜西省兩縣農(nóng)村寄宿制學生營養(yǎng)干預的效果評價

【摘要】:【目的】對陜西省兩縣農(nóng)村寄宿制學生營養(yǎng)干預進行效果評價,為探索農(nóng)村學生營養(yǎng)改善的適宜措施提供依據(jù)!痉椒ā吭陉兾魇〈净h和榆林縣,各抽取經(jīng)濟狀況相似的2個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)為干預組、1個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)為對照組,每個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)選取小學、中學各1所,干預校學生給予一學年的以補充雞蛋為主的綜合營養(yǎng)干預!窘Y果】干預組、對照組學生能量、蛋白質、脂肪和碳水化合物攝入量差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。干預組蛋白質供能比為12.4%,顯著高于對照組(11.8%)。干預組維生素A、鈣、鉀、鋅攝入量顯著高于對照組。除了男性7~9歲組和女性12~15歲組,其他年齡組學生的年齡別身高Z評分(HAZ)和年齡別體質指數(shù)Z評分(BAZ)在干預組和對照組中差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義。干預組重度、中度低體重率均顯著低于對照組。干預組學生血清維生素B12水平為778.5ng/L,顯著高于對照組(654.4ng/L)。【結論】營養(yǎng)干預改善了農(nóng)村寄宿制學校學生的膳食營養(yǎng)素狀況,降低了中、重度低體重率,在一定程度上改善了學生血液微量營養(yǎng)素的營養(yǎng)狀況。
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the effect of nutritional intervention on rural boarding students in two counties of Shaanxi Province, and to provide a basis for exploring the appropriate measures to improve the nutrition of rural students. [methods] in Chunhua County and Yulin County of Shaanxi Province, Two villages and towns with similar economic status were selected as intervention group, one township as control group, one primary school and one middle school in each township. The students of the intervention school were given a comprehensive nutritional intervention with egg supplementation for one school year. [results] the intervention group, There was no significant difference in energy, protein, fat and carbohydrate intake among the students in the control group. The ratio of protein to energy in the intervention group was 12.4, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 11.80.Vitamin A, calcium, potassium in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Zinc intake was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in age specific height Z score and age specific body mass index Z score between the intervention group and the control group. The level of serum vitamin B12 in the intervention group was 778.5 ng / L, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (654.4 ng / L). [conclusion] nutritional intervention improved the dietary nutrition status of the students in rural boarding schools and decreased the level of vitamin B12. Severe low body weight rate improves the nutritional status of blood micronutrients in students to some extent.
