小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生感知的婚姻沖突與心理健康的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:小學(xué)4-6年級階段是一個(gè)人身心發(fā)展的重要時(shí)期,這一階段的心理健康狀況可以影響到其學(xué)習(xí)、身體健康乃至一生的發(fā)展。小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生的發(fā)展受家庭、社會(huì)、學(xué)校等環(huán)境的影響,而家庭是小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生成長的第一環(huán)境,是小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)和主要場所,,家庭環(huán)境對小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生的發(fā)展有著不可估量的作用,是其他影響因素不能替代的。家庭中的父母關(guān)系是維護(hù)家庭和諧與確保家庭生活質(zhì)量的基石,因而被認(rèn)為是家庭關(guān)系是各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)中對小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生影響最大的因素,父母雙方的消極關(guān)系即“婚姻沖突”會(huì)對小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生巨大的負(fù)面作用。大量的研究數(shù)據(jù)表明,父母之間的沖突容易讓小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生變得敏感多疑、偏執(zhí)、自卑、焦慮、敵意,容易使小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生產(chǎn)生不安全感,進(jìn)而影響其心理健康。當(dāng)家庭中的夫妻雙方發(fā)生沖突時(shí),不同的人對沖突有不同的編碼,其中受傷害最大的是小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生。因此,本研究站在小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生的立場,研究他們感知到的婚姻沖突與其心理健康的關(guān)系是必要的。 本研究采用父母沖突小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生知覺量表(Children蕇Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale,CPIC)、心理健康診斷測驗(yàn)(MHT)分別對北京市一所市區(qū)小學(xué)以及邯鄲市兩所農(nóng)村小學(xué)的四、五、六年級小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,考察小學(xué)高年級學(xué)生感知的婚姻沖突與其心理健康的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn): 1小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生在婚姻沖突中感知最多的是應(yīng)對效能感、認(rèn)知威脅和自我歸因。 2婚姻沖突的性別差異、是否獨(dú)生子女上的差異不顯著。 3婚姻沖突的城鄉(xiāng)差異、年級差異、父母受教育程度上的差異顯著。 4小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生的心理健康水平基本上處于良好的狀態(tài),但還是有一部分學(xué)生存在心理問題,其中存在問題最多的方面是學(xué)習(xí)焦慮。 5心理健康的是否獨(dú)生子女上的差異、城鄉(xiāng)差異不顯著。 6心理健康的性別差異、父母受教育程度上的差異、年級差異顯著。 7婚姻沖突多個(gè)維度與心理健康呈顯著相關(guān)。 8婚姻沖突多個(gè)維度對心理健康有顯著預(yù)測作用,主要表現(xiàn)在: 認(rèn)知威脅、沖突內(nèi)容、自我歸因?qū)πW(xué)中高年級學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)焦慮有顯著預(yù)測作用; 沖突內(nèi)容、沖突解決對小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生的對人焦慮有顯著預(yù)測作用; 認(rèn)知威脅、自我歸因?qū)πW(xué)中高年級學(xué)生的自責(zé)傾向有顯著預(yù)測作用; 認(rèn)知威脅、沖突強(qiáng)度對小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生的過敏傾向有顯著預(yù)測作用; 認(rèn)知威脅對小學(xué)中高年級學(xué)生的身體癥狀有顯著的預(yù)測作用。
[Abstract]:Grade 4-6 is an important period for a person's physical and mental development. The state of mental health in this stage can affect his learning, physical health and even the development of his whole life. The influence of schools and other environments, and the family is the first environment for the growth of middle and high grade students in primary schools, is the basis and main place for the development of middle and high grade students in primary schools, and the family environment plays an inestimable role in the development of middle and high grade students in primary schools. The parental relationship in the family is the cornerstone of maintaining family harmony and ensuring the quality of family life, so it is considered that the family relationship is the most influential factor among the subsystems on the students in the middle and senior grade of primary school. The negative relationship between parents, that is, "marital conflict", can have a huge negative effect on the development of middle and senior primary school students. A large number of research data show that conflicts between parents tend to make middle and senior primary school students become paranoid and paranoid. Inferiority, anxiety and hostility can easily lead to insecurity in the upper grade of the primary school, which in turn affects their mental health. When a couple in the family conflicts, different people have different codes for the conflict. Therefore, it is necessary to study the relationship between the perceived marital conflict and their mental health. In this study, the Perception of Interparental Conflict scale and Mental Health Diagnostic Test (MHT) were used to measure the perception of middle and high grade students in middle and senior primary schools of parental conflict in Beijing and four and five of two rural primary schools in Handan city, respectively. To investigate the relationship between perceived marital conflict and mental health of senior primary school students in grade six. (1) coping efficacy, cognitive threat and self-attribution were the most common perception of marriage conflict among senior students in primary school. 2 the gender difference of marital conflict, whether the difference of only child is not significant. (3) there were significant differences in urban and rural differences, grade differences and parents' education levels in marital conflicts. (4) the mental health level of middle and high grade students in primary school is basically in a good state, but there are still some students with psychological problems, among which learning anxiety is the most serious problem. 5 there is no significant difference between urban and rural areas in whether mental health is the only child. 6 the gender difference of mental health, the difference of parents' education level and grade difference were significant. 7 multiple dimensions of marital conflict were significantly correlated with mental health. 8 multiple dimensions of marital conflict have significant predictive effects on mental health, mainly as follows:. Cognitive threat, conflict content and self-attribution have significant predictive effect on learning anxiety of middle and senior primary school students. Conflict content, conflict resolution has a significant predictive effect on the anxiety of students in the middle and senior grade of primary school. Cognitive threats and self-attribution have a significant predictive effect on the self-reproach tendency of middle and senior primary school students; Cognitive threat, conflict intensity has significant predictive effect on allergy tendency of middle and senior primary school students. Cognitive threats can significantly predict the physical symptoms of middle and senior primary school students.
