【摘要】：正黨的十八大報告提出"深化教育領(lǐng)域綜合改革",符合教育規(guī)律和我國當(dāng)前教育改革的實際,這既是對改革目標(biāo)的要求,也是對改革方式的總結(jié)。教育是社會大系統(tǒng)的一個子系統(tǒng),并且是一個越來越重要的子系統(tǒng),教育改革不能"就教育論教育",必須"跳出教育看教育",從經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的全局看待教育改革。其次,教育系統(tǒng)本身就是一個復(fù)雜的體系,從幼兒教育、初等教育、中等教育到高等教育、繼續(xù)教育,改革一個方面就會涉及到其他教育,任何一項教育改革,幾乎都是綜合改革。如何推進(jìn)教育領(lǐng)域的綜合改革,要依靠體制機制創(chuàng)新,其中,加強省級教育統(tǒng)籌是推進(jìn)綜合改革的重要推手。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward "deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education", which accords with the law of education and the reality of the current education reform in China, which is the requirement of the reform goal. Education is a subsystem of the big social system, and is an increasingly important subsystem. Education reform can not "education on education", we must "look at education out of education". Second, the education system itself is a complex system, ranging from early childhood education, primary education, secondary education to higher education, and continuing education. One aspect of reform will involve other education, any education reform, almost all comprehensive reform. How to promote comprehensive reform in the field of education, we must rely on institutional innovation, among them. Strengthening provincial education as a whole is an important driving force in promoting comprehensive reform.
