【摘要】：幸福感是衡量大學(xué)生心理生活質(zhì)量的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo),也是影響大學(xué)生健康成長的一項(xiàng)重要因素,對大學(xué)生的社會化和成熟度的影響不可估量。本研究將重點(diǎn)對大學(xué)生的自我體像、社會比較與主觀幸福感三者之間做出初步探討。為大學(xué)生自我體像、社會比較與主觀幸福感的研究提供理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù),以便對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行針對性的體像輔導(dǎo),從而提高大學(xué)生的主觀幸福感。 本研究采用本研究采用分層整群抽樣的方法,使用自我體像問卷(MBSRQ)、社會比較問卷(大學(xué)生社會比較特點(diǎn)問卷)和主觀幸福感問卷(GWB)對湖南省內(nèi)2所高校的900名學(xué)生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查。主要采用SPSS19.0、AMOS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件,運(yùn)用多因素方差分析、相關(guān)分析、回歸分析、路徑分析等方法,并探討了大學(xué)生的自我體像、社會比較、主觀幸福感的現(xiàn)狀及其相互關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明： (1)女生更重視自己的外貌、體重和整體體像,且希望通過正常、健康的途徑來保持良好的自我體像；男生也存在體像煩惱,容易做出趨于消極的自我評價。在控制感、易比性、體驗(yàn)性、參照性和突出性維度上男生及其顯著高于女生。女生主觀幸福感總體高于男生。 (2)高年級學(xué)生更關(guān)注自身體像,著力追求完美的自我；低年級學(xué)生生活簡單,態(tài)度樂觀。高年級學(xué)生社會比較特點(diǎn)的消極特征要更為明顯一些。 (3)藝術(shù)系的學(xué)生對自我體象的評估和關(guān)注均高于文科、理科、醫(yī)學(xué)系。文科的主觀幸福感顯著高于理科、醫(yī)學(xué)系和藝術(shù)系。 (4)自我體象和主觀幸福感存在顯著正相關(guān),社會比較和自我體像、主觀幸福感呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。 (5)自我體像對社會比較和主觀幸福感有較好的預(yù)測作用。 (6)自我體像影響社會比較,自我體像影響主觀幸福感,社會比較在自我體像和主觀幸福感及其各維度之間發(fā)揮部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Well - being is an important index to measure the quality of college students ' psychological life . It is also an important factor that affects the healthy growth of college students . The study will focus on the study of college students ' self - portrait , social comparison and subjective well - being . This study provides theoretical and practical basis for the study of self - portrait , social comparison and subjective well - being of college students . In this study , 900 students from 2 colleges and universities in Hunan province were investigated by using the method of stratified cluster sampling , using SPSS 10.0 and AMOS17 . 0 statistics software , using ANOVA , correlation analysis , regression analysis and path analysis . The results show that : ( 1 ) Female students pay more attention to their appearance , body weight and overall body image , and hope to keep good self - esteem through normal and healthy ways ; the boys also have body - like troubles and tend to negative self - evaluation . In terms of control feeling , vulnerability , experiential , reference and prominence , there are boys and their significantly higher than girls . The subjective well - being of girls is higher than that of boys . ( 2 ) The higher - grade students are more concerned with the self - body image and strive for the perfect self ; the low - grade students have a simple life and an optimistic attitude . The negative characteristics of the higher - grade students ' social comparison characteristics are more obvious . ( 3 ) The students ' subjective well - being of arts department is higher than that of science , medical department and art department . ( 4 ) There was a significant negative correlation between self - body image and subjective well - being , social comparison and self - body image and subjective well - being . ( 5 ) Self - body image has a better prediction effect on social comparison and subjective well - being . ( 6 ) Self - body image affects social comparison , self - body image affects subjective well - being , and social comparison plays a part between self - body image and subjective well - being and its dimensions .
