【摘要】:“振興民族的希望在教育,振興教育的關(guān)鍵在教師!睘榱颂岣邍H競爭力,世界各國都在積極推進(jìn)教師專業(yè)化。世界各國對教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展備受關(guān)注的結(jié)果必然導(dǎo)致教師教育一體化,教師教育各階段之間和各個(gè)方面之間的相互脫節(jié)和分離,沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)“一體化”成為影響教師專業(yè)質(zhì)量的主要原因。此外,在信息時(shí)代和學(xué)習(xí)化社會(huì)趨勢的影響下,教師的一次性教育遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的要求。師范生作為未來教師力量的主要來源,其職前教育是教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的起點(diǎn),其培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量將直接影響教師專業(yè)化水平和整個(gè)國家的教育質(zhì)量,進(jìn)而影響國家的國際競爭力,所以師范生的職前培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量至關(guān)重要。 隨著多媒體與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,教育信息化的發(fā)展也不斷深入,各類信息技術(shù)被應(yīng)用于教育領(lǐng)域中,與此同時(shí),新技術(shù)引起的學(xué)習(xí)方式與評價(jià)方式的改革也覆蓋了教育的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,也包括教師專業(yè)發(fā)展。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的電子檔案袋,以其豐富的內(nèi)涵和優(yōu)勢成為能夠有效支持師范生終身學(xué)習(xí)和專業(yè)發(fā)展的有力工具。目前為止,己有電子檔案袋的研究主要是集中在中小學(xué)生的電子檔案袋上,專門針對師范生電子檔案袋的研究相對較少,研究深度也顯得不夠。從教師的職前教育和職后培養(yǎng)一體化的角度對師范生電子檔案袋的研究則更少。本文因此確定選題,并進(jìn)行了以下研究: 首先,筆者查閱了大量與電子檔案袋、教師專業(yè)發(fā)展和教師教育一體化相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料,并跟蹤了幾個(gè)可以獲得的電子檔案袋系統(tǒng),在文獻(xiàn)綜述中分析了電子檔案袋的內(nèi)涵和功能,闡述了國內(nèi)外對電子檔案袋的研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,并分析了已有電子檔案袋系統(tǒng)的特征,希望在本系統(tǒng)中得到借鑒。接著,通過文獻(xiàn)研究,分析了本研究的理論基礎(chǔ),包括教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理論,知識管理理論和反思性思維理論等。再次,通過文獻(xiàn)研究和內(nèi)容分析,文章對支持教師教育一體化的師范生電子檔案袋進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求分析,并對該系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),功能模塊,主要的界面設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)等進(jìn)行研究。最后,文章論述了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境和應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:"the hope of revitalizing the nation lies in education, and the key to revitalizing education lies in teachers..." in order to improve international competitiveness. Countries all over the world are actively promoting the professionalization of teachers. The result of the attention paid by the countries all over the world to the development of teacher specialization is bound to lead to the integration of teacher education. The disconnection and separation between the different stages and aspects of teacher education and the failure to realize "integration" have become the main reasons that affect the professional quality of teachers. Under the influence of the information age and the trend of learning society, the one-off education of teachers is far from meeting the requirements of social development. Normal school students are the main source of teachers' power in the future. Pre-service education is the starting point of teachers' professional development, and its training quality will directly affect the professional level of teachers and the quality of education in the whole country, and then affect the international competitiveness of the country. So the quality of pre-service training of normal school students is very important. With the continuous development of multimedia and network technology, the development of educational information technology is also deepening, all kinds of information technology is applied in the field of education, at the same time. The reform of learning style and evaluation mode caused by new technology also covers all fields of education, including the professional development of teachers. In the network environment, electronic portfolio emerges as the times require. With its rich connotation and advantages, it has become a powerful tool to effectively support the lifelong learning and professional development of normal school students. So far, the research of electronic portfolio has mainly focused on the electronic portfolio of primary and middle school students. There is relatively little research on electronic portfolio for normal college students. The research depth is not enough. From the perspective of the integration of pre-service education and post-vocational training, there is less research on the electronic portfolio of normal school students. Therefore, this paper determines the topic, and carries out the following research: First of all, the author consulted a large number of domestic and foreign literature related to the electronic portfolio, teacher professional development and teacher education integration, and tracked several available electronic portfolio systems. In the literature review, this paper analyzes the connotation and function of electronic portfolio, expounds the research and application status of electronic portfolio at home and abroad, and analyzes the characteristics of the existing electronic portfolio system. Hope to be used for reference in this system. Then, through the literature study, analyzed the theoretical basis of this study, including teacher professional development theory, knowledge management theory and reflective thinking theory. Again. Through literature research and content analysis, this paper analyzes the requirements of the electronic portfolio of teachers' students which supports the integration of teacher education, and analyzes the system structure and function module of the system. The main interface design and database design are studied. Finally, the development environment and key technologies of the system are discussed.
