【摘要】：隨著研究生的擴招,研究生人數(shù)的增多,以及研究生層次學(xué)生的差異性增大,研究生的心理健康問題越來越突出。與本科生相比,研究生心理健康教育一直是各高校心理健康教育中相對薄弱的部分。因此,探討研究生心理健康影響因素,并建構(gòu)有效的心理健康教育模式,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 全文大致分為五個部分。第一部分主要介紹本次研究的研究背景、研究意義及研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分是研究設(shè)計的介紹。本文采用實證的研究方法,通過訪談和問卷調(diào)查對國內(nèi)中西部地區(qū)的11所“211”重點高校的全日制在讀研究生進行研究。第三部分是關(guān)于研究生心理健康教育的理論探討。第四部分是分析影響研究生心理健康的因素。研究表明,影響研究生心理健康的因素主要有學(xué)習(xí)、人際交往、擇業(yè)就業(yè)和壓力管理等四個方面,本章重點介紹研究生在學(xué)習(xí)、人際交往、擇業(yè)就業(yè)和壓力管理等四個方面的現(xiàn)狀。研究生在學(xué)業(yè)方面,自主性較強,但學(xué)習(xí)壓力顯著增大,部分學(xué)生不能正確對待和處理學(xué)業(yè)上的壓力；在人際交往方面,研究生交往的范圍相對狹小,社會支持系統(tǒng)較為薄弱；在擇業(yè)就業(yè)方面,研究生有相對較高的期望值,但職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃知識較為欠缺；在壓力方面,就業(yè)壓力最高,其次是經(jīng)濟壓力,最后是婚戀壓力和人際交往壓力。第五部分是研究生心理健康教育模式的構(gòu)建研究。主要從學(xué)校、心理健康教育中心、學(xué)院、課題組和宿舍等五個方面來構(gòu)建研究生“五位一體”心理健康教育模式。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of graduate students, the increase of the number of graduate students, as well as the difference of graduate students, the mental health problems of graduate students become more and more prominent, compared with undergraduate students. Mental health education of postgraduates has been a relatively weak part of mental health education in colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper discusses the influencing factors of mental health of graduate students, and constructs an effective mode of mental health education. It has important practical significance. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background, research significance and research status. The second part is the introduction of research design. 11 "211" in China's Central and Western regions through interviews and questionnaires. The third part is about the theory of mental health education of graduate students. The 4th part is to analyze the factors that affect the mental health of graduate students. The main factors affecting the mental health of graduate students are learning, interpersonal communication, employment and stress management. This chapter focuses on the graduate students in the study, interpersonal communication. Graduate students have strong autonomy in their studies, but the pressure of study has increased significantly, some students can not correctly deal with and deal with the pressure of study; In the aspect of interpersonal communication, the scope of postgraduates' communication is relatively narrow, and the social support system is relatively weak. In the aspect of choosing employment, graduate students have relatively high expectation, but lack of knowledge of career planning. In terms of pressure, employment pressure is the highest, followed by economic pressure, and finally marriage pressure and interpersonal pressure. 5th part is the construction of mental health education model for graduate students, mainly from school. Mental health education center, college, task group and dormitory are five aspects to construct the mental health education mode of graduate students.
