【摘要】:大學(xué)生的適應(yīng)性水平不僅關(guān)系到大學(xué)生活的順利進(jìn)行及自身的心理健康水平,也對(duì)個(gè)體是否有效適應(yīng)社會(huì)有重要影響。通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外有關(guān)適應(yīng)性的研究現(xiàn)狀分析表明,關(guān)于大學(xué)生適應(yīng)性的研究逐步增多,但大多數(shù)集中在大學(xué)新生適應(yīng)性,或者關(guān)于大學(xué)生某一方面的適應(yīng)性上,缺乏對(duì)大學(xué)生這一整體適應(yīng)性的干預(yù)研究。本研究參照前人研究制定了提高大學(xué)生適應(yīng)性水平的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)可行性方案,以團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)理論為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)大學(xué)生適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行了干預(yù)研究。 實(shí)驗(yàn)主要采用了實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組前后測(cè)方式,通過問卷、訪談等方法篩選20名志愿參與實(shí)驗(yàn)的大學(xué)生為被試,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行8次團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo),對(duì)照組不做干預(yù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后采用定量與定性研究相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行分析。定量研究以《中國大學(xué)生適應(yīng)性量表》為工具,以實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組后測(cè)的組間差異,以及實(shí)驗(yàn)組前后測(cè)的組內(nèi)差異為依據(jù),進(jìn)行量化分析;定性研究以成員的反饋單、觀察記錄表、追蹤后測(cè)等為基礎(chǔ),把定性研究作為輔助,共同探討團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對(duì)提高大學(xué)生適應(yīng)性的有效性和時(shí)效性。最后得出以下研究結(jié)論: (1)團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)顯著提升了大學(xué)生適應(yīng)性各個(gè)因子的水平。實(shí)驗(yàn)組后測(cè)的適應(yīng)性水平顯著高于實(shí)驗(yàn)組前測(cè),并在學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)、校園適應(yīng)和擇業(yè)適應(yīng)達(dá)到非常顯著水平。 (2)實(shí)驗(yàn)組在適應(yīng)性各個(gè)維度上的得分顯著高于對(duì)照組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組后測(cè)比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)組后測(cè)得分明顯高于對(duì)照組后測(cè),并達(dá)到顯著性水平;實(shí)驗(yàn)組在各個(gè)維度上的進(jìn)步顯著,,對(duì)照組由于受到時(shí)間、環(huán)境以及通過自身努力等因素的影響,分?jǐn)?shù)有所提高,但未達(dá)到顯著性水平。 (3)通過團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo),提高了大學(xué)生的心理健康水平。通過團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)活動(dòng),提升了個(gè)體適應(yīng)生活、學(xué)習(xí)、校園、情緒、人際關(guān)系等方面的能力,提高了心理健康水平。 總之,團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)能有效提高大學(xué)生的適應(yīng)性水平,并受到大學(xué)生的廣泛好評(píng)。要提高大學(xué)生的適應(yīng)性水平也可結(jié)合團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)探求其他的手段,例如開展心理健康教育講座、構(gòu)建社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng)等。
[Abstract]:The adaptability level of college students is not only related to the mental health level of college life smoothly and itself, on whether the individual has an important influence to effectively adapt to the society. Through the study of the status quo at home and abroad on the adaptability analysis shows that the research on the adaptability of college students gradually increased, but most concentrated in the University freshmenadjustment or about one aspect college students' adaptability, lack of intervention research on college students as a whole. The adaptability research according to previous research developed to improve the feasibility of group counseling program of college students adaptability level, according to the theory of group counseling as a basis for the intervention study on the adaptability of college students.
The experiment mainly adopts the experimental group and the control group before and after the test, through the questionnaire, interviews and other methods of screening the 20 volunteers in the experiment of college students as the subjects, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group 8 group counseling, control group without intervention. After the end of the experiment by using a combined method of quantitative and qualitative. Study on phase analysis. The quantitative research in "China College students'adaptability scale > as a tool, the difference to the experimental group and the control group in the post test group, and experimental group before and after the test within group differences as the basis, quantitative analysis; qualitative research on feedback single member, observation records, follow-up test based on the qualitative research as a supplement to discuss group counseling to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of College Students' adaptability. Finally draw the following conclusions:
(1) group counseling significantly increased the level of various factors of College Students' adaptability. The adaptability of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the pre-test group, and the learning adjustment, campus adaptation and job selection adaptation reached a very significant level.
(2) the experimental group in the adaptability of various dimensions were significantly higher than the control group. The experimental group and the control group post test, the experimental group post test scores were significantly higher than the control group after the test, and reached a significant level; the experimental group in various dimensions of the significant progress, the control group by time, and through the environmental impact their own efforts and other factors, scores improved, but did not reach significant levels.
(3) through group counseling, the mental health level of college students has been improved. Through group counseling activities, the ability of individual to adapt to life, learning, campus, emotion and interpersonal relationship has been improved, and mental health level has been raised.
In conclusion, group counseling can effectively improve the adaptability of college students and is widely praised by college students. In order to improve the adaptability of college students, group counseling can also be used to explore other means, such as conducting lectures on mental health education, and building social support system.
