【摘要】:青少年時(shí)期是人生關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。在美國(guó),青少年健康體適能被認(rèn)為是身體健康最重要的指標(biāo)之一。體適能一部分受遺傳決定,但環(huán)境因素更為重要,其中運(yùn)動(dòng)是其最主要的影響因素。中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為繼美國(guó)之后的“第二大肥胖國(guó)”,美國(guó)體適能先進(jìn)的體育教育理念和模式值得快速借鑒。運(yùn)動(dòng)的結(jié)果絕對(duì)不是大腦簡(jiǎn)單、四肢發(fā)達(dá),恰恰相反,運(yùn)動(dòng)不僅會(huì)強(qiáng)健體魄,更能改造大腦。本文以HF公司從事青少兒體適能培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目作為案例進(jìn)行研究。圍繞人力資源管理、培訓(xùn)課程專(zhuān)業(yè)性、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)資金管理四個(gè)方面,客觀理性的看待自身發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題,通過(guò)PEST分析法和SWOT分析法展開(kāi)企業(yè)外部經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與威脅的深入分析,深度研討企業(yè)內(nèi)外部經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,挖掘企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力和外部機(jī)遇,大力借鑒行業(yè)中成熟企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理方法,歸納總結(jié)出解決企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀中問(wèn)題的管理措施及戰(zhàn)略,達(dá)成企業(yè)短期、中期盈利及發(fā)展目標(biāo)。HF公司為合伙創(chuàng)辦企業(yè),在企業(yè)籌備及起步階段及前期經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中遇到的失敗經(jīng)歷,也希望透過(guò)本文進(jìn)行深度自省及梳理,同時(shí)若能夠給予更多向往創(chuàng)業(yè)并選用合伙形式的后來(lái)者起到借鑒和警示作用,更提升了本文的實(shí)戰(zhàn)意義。
