【摘要】：本文從非學(xué)歷研究生教育的生源組成、辦學(xué)形式等方面分析了與傳統(tǒng)成人教育的相同與區(qū)別,提出成人高等教育正在向高層次人才培養(yǎng)延伸的觀點(diǎn),同時(shí)從社會(huì)發(fā)展及人類文明進(jìn)步的角度,分析了開展成人非學(xué)歷教育的必要性及其重要意義,以及發(fā)展過程中應(yīng)該注意的問題。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the same and difference between the non-academic graduate education and the traditional adult education from the aspects of the composition of the students, the form of running the school and so on, and puts forward the viewpoint that the adult higher education is extending to the training of the high-level talents. At the same time, from the angle of social development and the progress of human civilization, this paper analyzes the necessity and significance of developing adult non-academic education, as well as the problems that should be paid attention to in the course of development.
