學習化社會的挑戰(zhàn)與趨勢——來自發(fā)達國家的經(jīng)驗

【摘要】:學習化社會的含義仍然處于爭論之中,但是全世界至少是發(fā)達國家已經(jīng)置身于這樣的發(fā)展狀態(tài)。目前,發(fā)達國家的學習化社會面臨著競爭和技術革新、大量廉價勞動力的缺乏、老年人學習的需要、休閑時代和消費文化的沖擊、風險社會的形成以及市場的挑戰(zhàn)。面對這些挑戰(zhàn),西方視為新生的機遇,在學習化社會發(fā)展過程中表現(xiàn)出很有特色的教育發(fā)展趨勢:全面整合國家教育系統(tǒng)和資源,在企業(yè)中培訓職業(yè)適應性,推廣員工發(fā)展計劃,重新理解和闡釋大學理念,提供靈活性學習指導以及運用信息技術實施開放性學習,等等。
[Abstract]:The meaning of learning society is still in dispute, but at least developed countries in the world have been in such a state of development. At present, the learning society in developed countries is facing competition and technological innovation, the lack of a large number of cheap labor, the needs of learning for the elderly, the impact of leisure times and consumer culture, the formation of a risk society and the challenges of the market. In the face of these challenges, the West, as a new opportunity, has shown a very distinctive trend of educational development in the process of learning-based society development: fully integrating the national education system and resources, and training vocational adaptability in enterprises. Promote employee development plans, re-understand and interpret university concepts, provide flexible learning guidance, implement open learning using information technology, and so on.
