【摘要】：農(nóng)村成人教育的發(fā)展要基于省情,依據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展區(qū)域布局進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,實(shí)施區(qū)域農(nóng)村成人教育。發(fā)展應(yīng)該從強(qiáng)化政府和教育主管部門的責(zé)任義務(wù),針對(duì)農(nóng)村成人教育實(shí)際的課程設(shè)置、教材編寫,對(duì)分管農(nóng)村成人教育的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教師進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),組建區(qū)域農(nóng)村成人教育集團(tuán),實(shí)現(xiàn)教育資源共享,探索農(nóng)村成人教育的市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作,加快農(nóng)村成人教育信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)化建設(shè)步伐等幾個(gè)方面來進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:The development of rural adult education should be based on provincial conditions, according to the regional layout of agricultural development planning, implementation of regional rural adult education. Development should focus on strengthening the responsibilities and obligations of the government and the competent departments of education, setting up courses for rural adult education, compiling teaching materials, training leaders and teachers in charge of rural adult education, and setting up regional rural adult education groups. To realize the sharing of educational resources, to explore the market-oriented operation of rural adult education, to speed up the pace of rural adult education informatization network construction and so on.
