論知識經(jīng)濟社會背景下函授學(xué)員的價值應(yīng)向
[Abstract]:The research on the value orientation of correspondence students is the primary problem to improve the quality of correspondence education and promote the all-round development of correspondence students under the background of knowledge economy era and correspondence students' own problems. It is also an urgent problem to be solved in the current correspondence education research. The 21st century is a society of knowledge economy. The advent of this economic society, which is based on the production, distribution and use of knowledge, will bring about many changes in education, work style, social structure, consumption pattern, values and interpersonal communication, and so on. Knowledge becomes the core capital, and knowledge comes mainly from learning. Therefore, those who are not good at learning or unwilling to learn may fall behind the economic and social development and even be eliminated by the times. Therefore, correspondence education, as the main component of adult education, should play a key role in building a multi-valued learning society. Starting from the problem of knowledge economy, this paper analyzes the historical mission of correspondence education and the present situation of correspondence education which deviates from the requirements of the times, and puts forward that the requirement of knowledge economy society to its members is automatic learning and learning to learn. To develop into a person of all-round development. The second part of this paper analyzes the current learning situation and the causes of value orientation of correspondence students. The current learning situation of correspondence students is worrisome, and there are common adverse phenomena such as face-to-face absenteeism, examination fraud and fraud, etc. The main purpose of study is to obtain a diploma to change jobs or to improve welfare benefits, that is, the value orientation is mainly utilitarian. There are two reasons for this result: one is its own factors. The factors such as bad learning motivation and psychological obstacle of correspondence students are not suitable for the characteristics they should have as the main body of education. Therefore, through the analysis and comparison, it can be concluded that the indifference of self-subject consciousness of correspondence students is the direct internal factor that leads them to pursue "learning experience" one-sidedly; Second, the external factors, from the historical evolution of the educational value orientation and a series of analysis of the relevant aspects of the real society, show that its value orientation is also influenced by the social and historical experience and the value orientation of the people in the surrounding environment. But the external cause is the condition of the change, the internal factor is the basis of the change. And the same object to different subjects, the value is different, because the essence of the subject is different, the specific conditions are different, the value is also different. Therefore, only by awakening their self-subject consciousness, can correspondence students form a correct orientation of learning value and adapt to the requirements of the times of knowledge-based economy society. Finally, it is pointed out that under the background of knowledge-based economy and society, the multiple values of correspondence students should not only pursue low-level utilitarian value, but also enrich the content of its value orientation: the development of utilitarian value, which is the high-level value of seeking truth, goodness and beauty, and the development of utilitarian value. Make utilitarian value and true, good, beautiful value can be perfectly combined, strive to become a free and harmonious development of people. On this basis, we construct the value system of Marxism about the all-round development of human beings, and realize the unity of social development and personal development, which is the most fundamental value of human beings.
