社會主義新農(nóng)村視野下的農(nóng)民教育問題研究

【摘要】：建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村是黨中央在十六屆五中全會上做出的重大戰(zhàn)略決策,是全面建設(shè)小康社會和實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的重要組成部分。按照“生產(chǎn)發(fā)展、生活寬裕、鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明、村容整潔、管理民主”的要求,建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村關(guān)鍵是提高農(nóng)民素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)有文化、懂技術(shù)、會經(jīng)營的新型農(nóng)民。其根本途徑是通過多種渠道和方法加強農(nóng)民教育。目前,我國農(nóng)民教育的現(xiàn)狀令人擔(dān)憂,農(nóng)民的文化素質(zhì)較低,技術(shù)能力較差,經(jīng)營管理水平落后,法律意識、道德修養(yǎng)相對較低。這種狀況,直接影響農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展和農(nóng)民增收,制約城市化進(jìn)程,不利于社會主義現(xiàn)代化的實現(xiàn)。農(nóng)民教育出現(xiàn)問題,既有主觀原因,也有客觀原因。要充分借鑒我國發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)和國外的經(jīng)驗,提高認(rèn)識,增加投入,完善法制,建立健全農(nóng)民教育體系,促使農(nóng)民成為堅定的走社會主義道路的新型勞動者。
[Abstract]:Building a new socialist countryside is an important strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee at the Fifth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. It is also an important part of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing modernization. According to the requirements of "production development, rich life, civilized countryside, clean and tidy village, democratic management", the key to building a new socialist countryside is to improve the quality of farmers, cultivate a new type of peasants who have culture, know technology and can manage. Its fundamental approach is to strengthen farmers' education through various channels and methods. At present, the present situation of peasant education in our country is worrisome, the farmer's cultural quality is low, the technical ability is poor, the management level is backward, the legal consciousness, the moral accomplishment is relatively low. This situation directly affects the development of agriculture and the increase of farmers' income, restricts the process of urbanization, and is not conducive to the realization of socialist modernization. Farmer education appears problem, both subjective reason, also have objective reason. We should draw lessons from the experiences of developed regions and foreign countries, raise our understanding, increase investment, perfect the legal system, establish and perfect the peasant education system, and urge the peasants to become a new type of laborers who take the socialist road firmly.
