【摘要】：本文通過對影響我國成人高等教育發(fā)展的計劃與市場、規(guī)模與質(zhì)量、創(chuàng)新意識與實際效果、辦學(xué)形式與學(xué)生生存狀態(tài)、自身發(fā)展與學(xué)校投入等不和諧因素的分析,認(rèn)為成人高等教育的和諧發(fā)展是社會和諧發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),并就如何實現(xiàn)成人高等教育和諧發(fā)展的相關(guān)問題進行了一些探討。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the disharmonious factors such as the plan and market, scale and quality, innovation consciousness and actual effect, the form of running a school and students' living state, self-development and school investment, etc, which affect the development of adult higher education in our country. This paper holds that the harmonious development of adult higher education is the basis of the harmonious development of society, and probes into some related problems on how to realize the harmonious development of adult higher education.
