【摘要】：2005年1月31日至2月1日,“653工程”在中國繼續(xù)工程教育協(xié)會(huì)第四屆會(huì)員代表大會(huì)暨全國繼續(xù)教育工作座談會(huì)上被首次提出,拉開了我國專業(yè)技術(shù)人員知識(shí)更新工程的序幕；2005年9月,《專業(yè)技術(shù)人員知識(shí)更新工程(“653工程”)實(shí)施意見》下發(fā),標(biāo)志著“653工程”正式啟動(dòng)；2006年3月,《國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十一個(gè)五年規(guī)劃綱要》中明確提出“實(shí)施專業(yè)技術(shù)人才知識(shí)更新工程和戰(zhàn)略高技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)工程”,這是專業(yè)技術(shù)人員繼續(xù)教育工作專項(xiàng)計(jì)劃第一次作為國家重大人才培養(yǎng)工程,被列入國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展五年規(guī)劃；2006年11月6日,“653工程”實(shí)施工作座談會(huì)在京召開,11月16日,《關(guān)于加快實(shí)施專業(yè)技術(shù)人員知識(shí)更新工程(“653工程”)的意見》下發(fā)……“653工程”實(shí)施一年多來進(jìn)展如何,取得了哪些經(jīng)驗(yàn),今后該如何把“653工程”推入全面實(shí)施的階段?本期專題帶您走近“653”工程。
[Abstract]:From January 31 to February 1, 2005, Project 653 was first proposed at the fourth member Congress of the China Association for continuing Engineering Education and the National Symposium on continuing Education. The prologue of the knowledge updating Project for Professional and Technical personnel in China was opened. In September 2005, the implementation opinion of the Professional and Technical personnel knowledge Renewal Project ("653 Project") was issued. In March 2006, the outline of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development clearly put forward the "implementation of the Project of updating Professional and Technical personnel and the Project of training Strategic High-Tech talents", which marked the official launch of the "653 Project", and in March 2006, the outline of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, This is the first time that the special plan for continuing education for professional and technical personnel has been included in the five-year plan for national economic and social development as a major national talent training project; on 6 November 2006, A symposium on the implementation of the "653 Project" was held in Beijing. On November 16, the opinions on speeding up the implementation of the "653 Project" were issued. What progress has been made in the implementation of the "653 Project" over the past year or so, and what experience has been gained? How to push the "653 Project" into the stage of full implementation in the future? This issue brings you closer to Project 653.
