【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為成人繼續(xù)教育是建立終生學(xué)習(xí)制度的一種追加型教育,具有靈活性、開(kāi)放性、終身性的特點(diǎn)。"學(xué)分銀行"模式的推行可構(gòu)建成人繼續(xù)教育學(xué)習(xí)成果互認(rèn)和轉(zhuǎn)換的新型學(xué)籍管理體制。實(shí)施"學(xué)分銀行"模式下學(xué)籍協(xié)同管理的路徑與對(duì)策應(yīng)從幾個(gè)方面分析:國(guó)家法規(guī)政策、行政管理機(jī)構(gòu)、開(kāi)放服務(wù)體系、數(shù)字化服務(wù)平臺(tái)、新型學(xué)籍協(xié)同管理體系、試點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that adult continuing education is a kind of supplementary education to establish lifelong learning system, which has the characteristics of flexibility, openness and lifetime. " The implementation of the "Credit Bank" model can construct a new management system of student status which can recognize and transform the learning achievements of adult continuing education. The paths and countermeasures of cooperative management of student status under the mode of "Credit Bank" should be analyzed from several aspects: national laws and regulations, administrative institutions, open service system, digital service platform, new cooperative management system of student status, pilot experiment.
