信息化時(shí)代的社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)及模式探討

【摘要】:社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)作為一個(gè)全新的學(xué)習(xí)理念,具有很大的包容性,用一句話理解就是在社區(qū)范圍內(nèi)“人人學(xué)習(xí)、時(shí)時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)、處處學(xué)習(xí)、事事學(xué)習(xí)”。社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)是學(xué)習(xí)化社區(qū)的主要特征,促進(jìn)社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)也是社區(qū)教育工作的重要內(nèi)容。在世界教育信息化和我國(guó)大力發(fā)展社區(qū)教育的背景下,探索信息化時(shí)代的社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)及其模式,對(duì)于促進(jìn)教育社會(huì)化、建立學(xué)習(xí)化社會(huì)具有重要意義。 論文以“社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)”為研究線索,在分析中外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)與人的社會(huì)化、學(xué)習(xí)化社區(qū)、社區(qū)教育觀、終身學(xué)習(xí)等概念對(duì)比分析,深入探討了社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)涵和意義,并結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育,探討了網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)的影響,分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)條件下社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程要素及特點(diǎn)。在上面研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用模式的方法,通過(guò)案例分析,歸納提出在信息技術(shù)環(huán)境中,特別是網(wǎng)絡(luò)條件下,,現(xiàn)代社區(qū)人的社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)模式。從學(xué)習(xí)的目的價(jià)值角度,把社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)分為:主導(dǎo)模式——以提高社區(qū)成員閑暇生活質(zhì)量為目的生活學(xué)習(xí)模式;補(bǔ)充模式——與工作相結(jié)合的提高職業(yè)技能為目的的職業(yè)創(chuàng)新學(xué)習(xí)模式:發(fā)展模式——以培養(yǎng)社區(qū)成員個(gè)體潛力發(fā)展為核心的發(fā)展學(xué)習(xí)模式。并在這三種大模式的劃分下,不完全地提出八種分模式。 論文最后介紹了國(guó)外支持社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)一些舉措,并對(duì)我國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)的發(fā)展提出一些建議。最后總結(jié)認(rèn)為:應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),特別是利用現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育的優(yōu)勢(shì),能夠?yàn)楝F(xiàn)代社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)提供有力支持,可以促進(jìn)和擴(kuò)大社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí),成為建構(gòu)社區(qū)人終身學(xué)習(xí)體系重要手段。
[Abstract]:Community learning, as a new learning concept, is very inclusive. In a single sentence, "everyone learns, always studies, everywhere studies, everything learns".Community learning is the main characteristic of learning community, and promoting community learning is also an important part of community education.Under the background of world education informatization and our country developing community education vigorously, it is of great significance to explore the community learning and its mode in the information age for promoting the socialization of education and establishing a learning society.This paper takes "community learning" as the research clue, on the basis of analyzing the Chinese and foreign literature, through the comparative analysis with the concepts of socialization, learning community, community education, lifelong learning and so on, discusses the connotation and significance of community learning deeply.Combined with network education, this paper discusses the influence of network on community learning, and analyzes the process elements and characteristics of community learning under network conditions.On the basis of the above research, by using the method of model and through case analysis, the paper sums up and puts forward the community learning mode of modern community people in the information technology environment, especially in the network condition.From the point of view of the goal value of learning, the community learning is divided into: leading mode-to improve the quality of leisure life of community members as the purpose of life learning model;Supplementary mode-the vocational innovation learning model which combines with the work to improve vocational skills: the development model-the development learning model which focuses on the development of the individual potential of the members of the community.Under the division of these three kinds of models, eight sub-models are proposed incompletely.Finally, the paper introduces some measures to support community learning in foreign countries, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of community learning in China.Finally, it is concluded that the application of modern information technology, especially the advantage of modern network education, can provide strong support for modern community learning, promote and expand community learning, and become an important means to construct community lifelong learning system.
