我國(guó)企業(yè)教育改革歷程對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)建設(shè)的啟示

【摘要】:進(jìn)入新世紀(jì),世界經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域都發(fā)生了許多重大變化,組織的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新成為新時(shí)代的主旋律。處于變革時(shí)期的中國(guó)企業(yè)將如何迎接這一挑戰(zhàn),保持旺盛的生命力和持久的學(xué)習(xí)力,是企業(yè)管理者必須面對(duì)的問(wèn)題;谶@樣的現(xiàn)實(shí),學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,這種組織范式被寄望是能夠提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、塑造企業(yè)形象、推動(dòng)員工發(fā)展的重要力量。 然而,無(wú)論是在理論層面還是在當(dāng)前實(shí)踐中,學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)的發(fā)展預(yù)期與現(xiàn)實(shí)之間都存在著一定的差距,使得筆者不禁思考,在目前人們關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)的研究中是否存有“應(yīng)重視卻忽視”的領(lǐng)域。這也因此形成了本文的假設(shè):我國(guó)企業(yè)教育改革發(fā)展歷程是否能為當(dāng)前的學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)提供可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)或啟示。 基此,本研究以學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論、終身教育理論和人力資本理論等作為理論基礎(chǔ),圍繞“企業(yè)教育改革與學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)構(gòu)建”之間的關(guān)系作為邏輯主線,將本研究分為六個(gè)章節(jié): 第一章,從總體上陳述了選題的緣起和目前針對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)的相關(guān)研究概況,闡釋了學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)的研究熱點(diǎn),介紹了本文的邏輯思路和研究方法,為后繼的相關(guān)研究奠定了必要的基礎(chǔ)。 第二章,回顧了我國(guó)企業(yè)教育改革的發(fā)展歷程,深入分析了我國(guó)企業(yè)教育的發(fā)展特征,總結(jié)歸納出了我國(guó)企業(yè)教育所取得的歷史成績(jī)和效果,為研究提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。 第三章,闡釋了學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)的基本問(wèn)題并在動(dòng)因分析、基本要素等方面,解讀了學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)建設(shè)的必然性與應(yīng)然性,明晰了學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)的內(nèi)涵。 第四章,運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和訪談法等研究方法,對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)展開(kāi)調(diào)研。通過(guò)對(duì)訪談項(xiàng)目的分析和數(shù)據(jù)信息的歸納,總結(jié)出了我國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)的構(gòu)建方式、特色之處和存在問(wèn)題,并對(duì)問(wèn)題原因進(jìn)行了深層次剖析。 第五章,闡述了我國(guó)企業(yè)教育改革對(duì)當(dāng)前學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)建設(shè)的幾點(diǎn)啟示。本章在我國(guó)企業(yè)教育改革梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合成人教育學(xué)相關(guān)理論,對(duì)企業(yè)建構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)型組織的客觀事實(shí)進(jìn)行解讀并對(duì)其發(fā)展提出了若干建議,這也是本論文的創(chuàng)新和亮點(diǎn)。 第六章,為本文的結(jié)論部分。主要總結(jié)了本次研究的收獲和對(duì)后繼研究的期待。
[Abstract]:In the new century, many major changes have taken place in the fields of world economy, politics, culture and so on. The development and innovation of organizations have become the main melody of the new era. Maintaining vigorous vitality and lasting learning ability is a problem that enterprise managers must face. Based on this reality, learning enterprises emerge as the times require, and this organizational paradigm is expected to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and shape their image. An important force in promoting employee development. However, whether in theory or in practice, there is a certain gap between the expectation and reality of the development of learning enterprises, which makes the author can not help thinking. In the current research on learning enterprises, is there a field of "should be paid attention to but ignored", which has formed the hypothesis of this paper: can the course of enterprise education reform in our country be put forward for the present learning enterprises? Experience or inspiration for reference. Based on the theory of learning organization theory, lifelong education theory and human capital theory, this study takes the relationship between enterprise education reform and learning enterprise construction as the logical thread. This study is divided into six chapters:. In the first chapter, the origin of the topic and the current situation of research on learning enterprises are stated, and the research focus of learning enterprises is explained, and the logical thinking and research methods of this paper are introduced. It lays a necessary foundation for the subsequent research. The second chapter reviews the development course of the enterprise education reform in our country, analyzes the development characteristics of the enterprise education in our country, summarizes the historical achievements and effects of the enterprise education in our country, and provides the realistic basis for the research. In the third chapter, the author explains the basic problems of learning enterprises, explains the inevitability and necessity of the construction of learning enterprises, and clarifies the connotation of learning enterprises in the aspects of motivation analysis, basic elements and so on. In chapter 4th, by using the methods of questionnaire and interview, the author makes an investigation on the learning enterprises in our country. Through the analysis of the interview project and the induction of the data information, the author summarizes the construction methods of the learning enterprises in our country. The characteristics and problems, and the causes of the problems are deeply analyzed. In chapter 5th, the author expounds the enlightenment of the enterprise education reform to the construction of the learning enterprises. This chapter combines the related theories of adult education with the combing of the enterprise education reform in our country. This paper interprets the objective facts of the learning organization constructed by enterprises and puts forward some suggestions for its development, which is also the innovation and bright spot of this paper. Chapter 6th is the conclusion of this paper.
