【摘要】：加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育,積極做好大學(xué)生就業(yè)工作,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的就業(yè)素質(zhì)顯得尤為重要。把思想政治教育融入大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)克服了傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育與現(xiàn)實(shí)相脫節(jié)的弱點(diǎn),直接扣合大學(xué)生的實(shí)際需求,使思想政治教育呈現(xiàn)出立體化、現(xiàn)實(shí)化、個性化更加豐富多彩的特點(diǎn)。本研究立足于目前大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)狀,調(diào)研和參考已有的研究成果,分析高校在大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的思想政治教育存在的問題和原因,試圖深入系統(tǒng)的探索大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的思想政治教育對策,本文分為以下三個部分。 第一部分：大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的思想政治教育內(nèi)涵及其意義。該部分是本文研究的邏輯起點(diǎn),在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,該部分首先對素質(zhì)、大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)、大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的思想政治教育的含義分別進(jìn)行了闡述,并對其內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了探索性歸納,明確了大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的思想政治教育意義,為下一部分的現(xiàn)狀分析和對策研究提供依據(jù)。 第二部分：大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀分析。該部分是本文的立論基礎(chǔ),在第一部分的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)歸納了近年來大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的思想政治教育取得的成績,對大學(xué)生就業(yè)時思想和行動產(chǎn)生的良性影響。但是思想政治教育與大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)緊密結(jié)合的實(shí)踐還處于初始階段,存在重就業(yè)技能輕思想引導(dǎo)、教育內(nèi)容滯后、教育載體狹窄教育效果不佳、教育缺乏連貫性等諸多問題。并就上述問題做了深入系統(tǒng)的分析,找出原因。 第三部分：大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的思想政治教育對策。首先通過樹立大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的思想政治教育觀,即人的全面發(fā)展觀、以人為本觀和實(shí)踐觀,進(jìn)而改進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的思想政治教育內(nèi)容、方法,創(chuàng)新載體,通過加強(qiáng)思想政治教育隊伍的建設(shè),進(jìn)一步探索大學(xué)生就業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的思想政治教育“三全”模式。
[Abstract]:Strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students, actively do a good job in the employment of college students, It is particularly important to cultivate the employment quality of college students. The integration of ideological and political education into the employment quality of college students overcomes the weakness of the disconnection between traditional ideological and political education and reality, and directly meets the actual needs of college students. This study is based on the present situation of college students' employment quality, and refers to the existing research results. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality, and attempts to explore the countermeasures of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality. This paper is divided into the following three parts. The first part: the connotation and significance of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality. This part is the logical starting point of this paper. The meaning of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality is expounded respectively, and its contents and characteristics are summarized, and the significance of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality is clarified. For the next part of the analysis of the current situation and countermeasures to provide the basis. The second part: the present situation of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality, which is the basis of this thesis. On the basis of the first part, it summarizes the achievements of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality in recent years. But the practice of the close combination of ideological and political education and the cultivation of college students' employment quality is still in the initial stage, and there is an emphasis on employment skills over ideological guidance, and the content of education lags behind. The narrow educational carrier of education is not good and the education lacks coherence and so on. This paper makes a deep and systematic analysis of the above problems and finds out the reasons. The third part: the countermeasures of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality. Firstly, through the establishment of ideological and political education view in the cultivation of college students' employment quality, that is, the overall development view of human beings, the view of people-oriented and the view of practice. Then, the contents, methods and carriers of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality are improved. Through strengthening the construction of ideological and political education team, the "three complete" mode of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' employment quality is further explored.
