【摘要】：在近百年的發(fā)展歷程中,美國高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理專業(yè)協(xié)會逐步形成由全體會員代表大會、理事會和若干分會構(gòu)成的組織結(jié)構(gòu),實行以"志愿參與+民主選舉"為基礎(chǔ)的管理方式,通過制定綱領(lǐng)文件和行業(yè)標準、推動專業(yè)研究與出版、促進會員專業(yè)發(fā)展等方式,實質(zhì)上參與并深刻影響了20世紀美國乃至全球高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的專業(yè)化進程。其發(fā)展歷史、組織管理結(jié)構(gòu)及功能,對我國高校學(xué)生工作的專業(yè)化發(fā)展具有重要的啟示和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the course of nearly 100 years of development, the American Association of Student Affairs Management has gradually formed an organizational structure composed of all members' congresses, councils and several chapters. To implement a management approach based on "voluntary participation in democratic elections", to promote professional research and publication, and to promote the professional development of its members through the formulation of programme documents and industry standards, In 20th century, the professional process of college student affairs management in the United States and even the whole world was deeply influenced by its development history, organization and management structure and function. It has important enlightenment and reference significance to the specialization development of college student work in our country.
