免費師范生的外顯與內(nèi)隱教師職業(yè)態(tài)度研究

【摘要】:自2007年秋季開始,今年已經(jīng)是教育部直屬師范大學招收免費師范生的第六年。社會各界都十分關(guān)注作為推進國家教育均衡發(fā)展重大戰(zhàn)略的參與者——免費師范生們的學習情況、心理狀況和職業(yè)態(tài)度狀況。免費師范生對教師職業(yè)的態(tài)度不僅直接關(guān)系到他們的學習和從業(yè)情況,更關(guān)系到國家促進教育發(fā)展和實現(xiàn)教育公平目標能否實現(xiàn)的重大問題。免費師范生作為特殊的大學生群體,其教師職業(yè)態(tài)度也有特殊的發(fā)展規(guī)律,而其職業(yè)態(tài)度又和他們將來的職業(yè)行為有很大關(guān)系,因此有必要對免費師范生的職業(yè)態(tài)度進行深層次的調(diào)查和研究。 為了能夠較為客觀、全面地描述免費師范生的教師職業(yè)態(tài)度現(xiàn)狀。本研究通過自編免費師范生教師職業(yè)態(tài)度問卷及進行單靶內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測驗對免費師范生的外顯與內(nèi)隱教師職業(yè)態(tài)度進行了研究。 研究一:免費師范生教師職業(yè)態(tài)度問卷的編制。在梳理前人文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,通過半開放式問卷和半結(jié)構(gòu)訪談收集信息,我們初步建構(gòu)了免費師范生教師職業(yè)態(tài)度的理論結(jié)構(gòu):職業(yè)認知、職業(yè)情感和職業(yè)準備。在此基礎(chǔ)上編制了初測問卷。初測400人,對340份有效問卷進行探索性因素分析,抽取三個因子:職業(yè)認知、職業(yè)情感、職業(yè)準備。在合理修訂后形成了免費師范生教師職業(yè)態(tài)度正式問卷。施測問卷1180份,其中有效問卷913份。以內(nèi)部一致性信度Cronbach α系數(shù)為信度檢驗指標,發(fā)現(xiàn)各維度和總問卷都具有較好的信度;內(nèi)容效度邀請了18名相關(guān)專家對問卷進行了評定,發(fā)現(xiàn)問卷的內(nèi)容效度較好;結(jié)構(gòu)效度通過相關(guān)系數(shù)矩陣和驗證性因素分析來檢驗,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計發(fā)現(xiàn)符合問卷編制的統(tǒng)計要求;實證效度選取了免費師范生職業(yè)認同指標,發(fā)現(xiàn)二者顯著正相關(guān),說明問卷具有較好的實證效度。以上研究說明免費師范生教師職業(yè)態(tài)度問卷具有良好的信度和效度,可以作為測量免費師范生教師職業(yè)態(tài)度的穩(wěn)定而有效工具。 研究二:免費師范生內(nèi)隱教師職業(yè)態(tài)度的實驗研究。選取免費師范生被試80人,采用單靶內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測驗(ST-IAT)對被試進行施測,其中數(shù)據(jù)有效75人,實驗結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)被試D效應均值為0.18,經(jīng)過檢驗發(fā)現(xiàn)總體上被試對教師職業(yè)偏向積極態(tài)度,進一步對相容任務和不相容任務反應進行配對比較檢驗也發(fā)現(xiàn)相容任務反應時顯著短于不相容任務的反應時,也說明總體上被試對教師職業(yè)持積極的內(nèi)隱態(tài)度。 研究三:免費師范生教師職業(yè)態(tài)度的特點分析及外顯與內(nèi)隱態(tài)度的關(guān)系研究。總體上免費師范生教師職業(yè)態(tài)度問卷總分及各個維度的得分都高于平均值3,對教師職業(yè)持積極態(tài)度。免費師范生外顯教師職業(yè)態(tài)度具有一定的性別、年級、城鄉(xiāng)及家庭收入差異。又將外顯態(tài)度總均分與內(nèi)隱實驗D效應值進行相關(guān)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)外顯測量與內(nèi)隱測量相關(guān)不顯著,它們是兩種不同的結(jié)構(gòu)在本研究中得到了證實。 綜合以上研究,我們可以得到以下幾個主要結(jié)論: (1)免費師范生的教師職業(yè)態(tài)度是一個多維度的結(jié)構(gòu),包括職業(yè)認知、職業(yè)情感、職業(yè)準備這三個維度。 (2)本研究編制的免費師范生教師職業(yè)態(tài)度問卷具有較好的信度和效度,可以作為有效的量表來使用,為教育部直屬師范院;蛳嚓P(guān)的教育部門開展職業(yè)指導提供參考。 (3)總體上,免費師范生教師職業(yè)態(tài)度問卷總分及各個維度的得分基本偏高,都高于平均值3,總體上對教師職業(yè)持積極態(tài)度,維度得分由高到低依次為:職業(yè)認知、職業(yè)準備、職業(yè)情感。 (4)免費師范生外顯教師職業(yè)態(tài)度具有一定的性別差異、年級差異、城鄉(xiāng)差異及家庭收入差異。 (5)本研究的單靶內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測驗(ST-IAT)的結(jié)果顯示,免費師范生內(nèi)隱教師職業(yè)態(tài)度在總體上偏向積極態(tài)度。 (6)免費師范生外顯教師職業(yè)態(tài)度與內(nèi)隱教師職業(yè)態(tài)度相關(guān)不顯著,是兩種不同的結(jié)構(gòu),部分免費師范生在外顯態(tài)度和內(nèi)隱態(tài)度上表現(xiàn)出分離效應。

The attitude of the free normal students to the teacher's occupation is not only directly related to their study and practice, but also to the major problems that the State can achieve in the development of education and the achievement of the goal of education.
