【摘要】：中共十八大報(bào)告提出，全面提高公民道德素質(zhì)。這是社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)的基本任務(wù)。要堅(jiān)持依法治國(guó)和以德治國(guó)相結(jié)合，加強(qiáng)社會(huì)公德、職業(yè)道德、家庭美德、個(gè)人品德教育，，弘揚(yáng)中華傳統(tǒng)美德，弘揚(yáng)時(shí)代新風(fēng)。推進(jìn)公民道德建設(shè)工程，弘揚(yáng)真善美、貶斥假惡丑，引導(dǎo)人們自覺履行法定義務(wù)、社會(huì)責(zé)任、家庭責(zé)任，營(yíng)造勞動(dòng)光榮、創(chuàng)造偉大的社會(huì)氛圍，培育知榮辱、講正氣、作奉獻(xiàn)、促和諧的良好風(fēng)尚。深入開展道德領(lǐng)域突出問題專項(xiàng)教育和治理，加強(qiáng)政務(wù)誠(chéng)信、商務(wù)誠(chéng)信、社會(huì)誠(chéng)信和司法公信建設(shè)。加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)思想政治工作，注重人文關(guān)懷和心理疏導(dǎo)，培育自尊自信、理性平和、積極向上的社會(huì)心態(tài)。深化群眾性精神文明創(chuàng)建活動(dòng)，廣泛開展志愿服務(wù)，推動(dòng)學(xué)雷鋒活動(dòng)、學(xué)習(xí)宣傳道德模范常態(tài)化。因此，研究和諧社會(huì)視野下大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)與公民精神培育互動(dòng)機(jī)制研究具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)與公民精神培育互動(dòng)機(jī)制研究到目前為止并沒有形成一個(gè)獨(dú)立的研究領(lǐng)域，因此本文將著重論述和諧社會(huì)視野下大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)與公民精神培育互動(dòng)機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀、可行性、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、研究意義以及在相關(guān)研究過程中.，就如何構(gòu)建起具體的、可操作性的大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)與公民精神的培育互動(dòng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制，如何提高我國(guó)公民精神、推動(dòng)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)質(zhì)量的提升提出針對(duì)性、實(shí)效性和可操作性的建議，如何保證互動(dòng)機(jī)制的良性發(fā)展等相關(guān)問題。進(jìn)而形成大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)與公民精神培育互動(dòng)機(jī)制研究完整的體系，為推動(dòng)互動(dòng)主體發(fā)展，構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)提供有力的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) proposes to improve the moral quality of citizens in an all-round way. This is the basic task of socialist moral construction. We should persist in the combination of ruling the country according to law and ruling the country by virtue, strengthen the education of social morality, professional ethics, family virtue and personal morality, carry forward the traditional virtues of China, and carry forward the new style of the times. We should promote the project of civic moral construction, carry forward truth, goodness and beauty, belittle false evil and ugliness, guide people to consciously fulfill their legal obligations, social responsibilities, family responsibilities, create a glorious labor, create a great social atmosphere, cultivate knowledge of honor and disgrace, stress justice, make dedication, and promote harmony. We will carry out special education and governance on outstanding issues in the field of morality, and strengthen the construction of government integrity, business integrity, social integrity and judicial public trust. Strengthen and improve ideological and political work, pay attention to humanistic care and psychological guidance, cultivate self-esteem and self-confidence, rational and peaceful, positive social mentality. We will deepen the establishment of mass spiritual civilization, extensively carry out voluntary service, promote the activities of learning from Lei Feng, and study and publicize moral models. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the interaction mechanism between college students' voluntary service and civic spirit from the perspective of harmonious society. So far, the research on the interaction mechanism between college students' voluntary service and civic spirit has not formed an independent research field, so this paper will focus on the present situation, feasibility, development trend, research significance and how to construct the interactive mechanism between college students' voluntary service and civic spirit cultivation from the perspective of harmonious society. The operable interactive operation mechanism of college students' voluntary service and civic spirit, how to improve the civic spirit of our country, how to promote the quality of college students' voluntary service activities, put forward targeted, effective and operable suggestions, how to ensure the benign development of the interactive mechanism and so on. Thus, a complete system of interaction mechanism between voluntary service and civic spirit cultivation of college students is formed, which provides a powerful theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting the development of interactive subjects and building a harmonious socialist society.
