師生團(tuán)隊模式下科研人員信息查詢行為與創(chuàng)新行為互動機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:目的:高等學(xué)校是建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會、創(chuàng)新型社會的一支生力軍,工作人員創(chuàng)新能力是高水平大學(xué)的主要標(biāo)志。信息查詢行為有助于掌握課題研究的進(jìn)展動態(tài),開拓思路,避免重復(fù)勞動,把研究水平提到新的高度,提高科研人員信息查詢行為可以間接促進(jìn)其創(chuàng)新行為。本研究旨在探討師生團(tuán)隊模式下科研人員信息查詢行為和創(chuàng)新行為的互動機(jī)理,比較不同學(xué)科、不同規(guī)模、不同團(tuán)隊模式、不同性別師生團(tuán)隊科研人員的信息查詢行為和創(chuàng)新行為的差異,為提高信息查詢行為和創(chuàng)新行為制定相應(yīng)的對策。 方法:對中南大學(xué)交通運輸工程學(xué)院、數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計學(xué)院、外國語學(xué)院、公共管理學(xué)院、商學(xué)院和基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院的52個師生團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行調(diào)查,運用文獻(xiàn)分析法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、比較分析法等對師生團(tuán)隊模式下科研人員的信息查詢行為、創(chuàng)新行為、二者相關(guān)性及影響因素、與信息需求的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實證研究。 結(jié)果:中南大學(xué)六個學(xué)科師生團(tuán)隊信息查詢行為水平較高,從信息查詢行為得分均值來看,醫(yī)學(xué)師生團(tuán)隊的信息查詢行為得分最高,M=3.68,理學(xué)最差,M=3.40;醫(yī)學(xué)師生團(tuán)隊的信息獲取能力顯著強(qiáng)于理學(xué)、文學(xué)、法學(xué),管理學(xué)、工學(xué)的信息獲取能力顯著強(qiáng)于理學(xué),工學(xué)的信息獲取能力強(qiáng)于文學(xué);醫(yī)學(xué)、工學(xué)師生團(tuán)隊的信息利用能力強(qiáng)于理學(xué);不同性別科研人員的信息意識在α=0.05檢驗水準(zhǔn)下存在差異,且男性強(qiáng)于女性;以信息查詢行為因變量,以信息查詢行為6個維度為自變量進(jìn)行多元逐步回歸,可知信息獲取對信息查詢行為的影響最大,其次是信息利用,影響最小的是信息組織管理; 中南大學(xué)六個學(xué)科師生團(tuán)隊創(chuàng)新行為水平較高,從創(chuàng)新行為得分均值來看,醫(yī)學(xué)師生團(tuán)隊的創(chuàng)新行為得分最高,M=3.49,其次是工學(xué),M=3.28,文學(xué)得分最低,M=3.07;醫(yī)學(xué)的創(chuàng)新行為顯著強(qiáng)于管理學(xué)、理學(xué)、文學(xué)和法學(xué);醫(yī)學(xué)的創(chuàng)新意識強(qiáng)于管理學(xué)、理學(xué)和文學(xué),工學(xué)的創(chuàng)新意識強(qiáng)于管理學(xué)和文學(xué);小規(guī)模團(tuán)隊的創(chuàng)新意識強(qiáng)于大規(guī)模團(tuán)隊;不同性別科研人員創(chuàng)新行為及各維度在α=0.05檢驗水準(zhǔn)下,均存在差異,且男性強(qiáng)于女性;創(chuàng)新成果與創(chuàng)新行為、創(chuàng)新意識、創(chuàng)新能力和創(chuàng)新精神在0.01水平上顯著相關(guān);以創(chuàng)新行為因變量,以創(chuàng)新意識、創(chuàng)新能力、創(chuàng)新精神和創(chuàng)新成果為自變量進(jìn)行多元逐步回歸,可知創(chuàng)新能力對創(chuàng)新行為的影響最大,創(chuàng)新意識影響最; 不同師生團(tuán)隊模式下科研人員的信息需求不存在差異;總體信息需求、目標(biāo)信息需求和動機(jī)信息需求在0.01水平(雙側(cè))上與信息查詢行為及各維度均顯著相關(guān);總體信息需求、目標(biāo)信息需求和動機(jī)信息需求在0.01水平(雙側(cè))上與創(chuàng)新行為及各維度均顯著相關(guān); 師生團(tuán)隊模式下科研人員信息查詢行為及各個維度與創(chuàng)新行為及各個維度之間存在顯著的相關(guān)關(guān)系; 信息查詢頻率、計算機(jī)水平、信息檢索水平、研究主題知識水平、獨立的信息查詢空間、情緒、結(jié)果“適度滿足”的想法、遇到問題、交流信息檢索經(jīng)驗技巧、他人的支持、單位的激勵政策與信息查詢行為在0.01水平(雙側(cè))上顯著相關(guān),參加信息查詢相關(guān)課程或講座與信息查詢行為在0.05水平(雙側(cè))上顯著相關(guān);由逐步回歸分析可知,研究主題知識水平對信息查詢行為的影響最大; 隊員能否及時完成任務(wù)、對團(tuán)隊愿景目標(biāo)的認(rèn)識、個人愿景與團(tuán)隊愿景的一致性、團(tuán)隊反思能力、國家的激勵政策與師生團(tuán)隊模式下科研人員創(chuàng)新行為在0.01水平(雙側(cè))上顯著相關(guān),導(dǎo)師的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、單位的鼓勵與師生團(tuán)隊模式下科研人員創(chuàng)新行為在0.05水平(雙側(cè))上顯著相關(guān);由逐步回歸分析可知,對團(tuán)隊愿景目標(biāo)的認(rèn)識對師生團(tuán)隊的創(chuàng)新行為的影響最大。 結(jié)論:師生團(tuán)隊模式下科研人員信息需求與信息查詢行為及各維度和創(chuàng)新行為及各維度顯著相關(guān),信息查詢行為及其各維度與創(chuàng)新行為及其各維度存在相關(guān)關(guān)系,信息需求可以激發(fā)信息查詢行為和創(chuàng)新行為,而信息查詢行為和創(chuàng)新行為反過來可以反饋出信息需求;師生團(tuán)隊模式下科研人員的信息查詢行為與創(chuàng)新行為之間相互作用和影響,形成良性互動。圖8幅,表49個,參考文獻(xiàn)119篇。
[Abstract]:Objective: The institution of higher learning is a new force of building a learning society and an innovative society, and the innovation ability of staff is the main mark of high-level university. The information inquiry behavior helps to master the progress of the subject research, to develop the thinking, to avoid the repeated work, to raise the research level to the new height, and to improve the information inquiry behavior of the scientific researchers to indirectly promote the innovation behavior. The purpose of this study is to explore the interaction mechanism between the information query behavior and the innovative behavior of the research personnel in the team mode of the teachers and students, and compare the differences between the information query behavior and the innovative behavior of different subjects, different scales, different team models, different gender and student team researchers, In order to improve the information query behavior and the innovation behavior, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Methods:52 teachers and students from the Institute of Transport and Engineering, the School of Mathematics and Statistics, the Institute of Foreign Languages, the School of Public Administration, the Business School and the Basic Medical College were investigated, and the literature analysis, the expert interview and the questionnaire were used. The paper makes an empirical research on the relationship between the information inquiry behavior, the innovation behavior, the relationship between the two, the influence factors and the relationship between the information demand and the information demand in the team model of the teachers and students, such as the method and the comparative analysis method. The results showed that the information inquiry behavior of the six subjects in the Central South University was higher, from the mean of the information query behavior score, the information query behavior of the medical and student team was the highest, M = 3.68, the worst case, M = 3.40, and the information acquisition ability of the medical and student team was significantly stronger.
