[Abstract]:Objective: The institution of higher learning is a new force of building a learning society and an innovative society, and the innovation ability of staff is the main mark of high-level university. The information inquiry behavior helps to master the progress of the subject research, to develop the thinking, to avoid the repeated work, to raise the research level to the new height, and to improve the information inquiry behavior of the scientific researchers to indirectly promote the innovation behavior. The purpose of this study is to explore the interaction mechanism between the information query behavior and the innovative behavior of the research personnel in the team mode of the teachers and students, and compare the differences between the information query behavior and the innovative behavior of different subjects, different scales, different team models, different gender and student team researchers, In order to improve the information query behavior and the innovation behavior, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Methods:52 teachers and students from the Institute of Transport and Engineering, the School of Mathematics and Statistics, the Institute of Foreign Languages, the School of Public Administration, the Business School and the Basic Medical College were investigated, and the literature analysis, the expert interview and the questionnaire were used. The paper makes an empirical research on the relationship between the information inquiry behavior, the innovation behavior, the relationship between the two, the influence factors and the relationship between the information demand and the information demand in the team model of the teachers and students, such as the method and the comparative analysis method. The results showed that the information inquiry behavior of the six subjects in the Central South University was higher, from the mean of the information query behavior score, the information query behavior of the medical and student team was the highest, M = 3.68, the worst case, M = 3.40, and the information acquisition ability of the medical and student team was significantly stronger. In the field of science, literature, law, management and engineering, the information acquisition ability is significantly stronger than that of the science, and the information acquisition ability of the working and learning team is stronger than that of the literature; the information utilization ability of the team of the medical and engineering students and students is stronger than that of the science; and the information consciousness of the different gender scientific researchers is stored at the level of the examination level of the science and technology. The influence of information query behavior is the biggest; the team can finish the work in time Task, understanding of the team vision goals, the consistency of the individual vision and the team vision, the team reflection capacity, the country's incentive policy and the innovative behavior of the scientific researchers in the teacher and student team mode at the level of 0.01 (double On the side), there is a significant correlation between the leadership of the tutor, the encouragement of the unit and the innovative behavior of the scientific research personnel in the team mode of the teachers and students at the level of 0.05 (2-sided), and it can be seen from the stepwise regression analysis that the understanding of the team's vision target is the master. The influence of the creative behavior of the student team is the biggest. Conclusion: The information demand of the research personnel in the team mode of the teachers and students is related to the information query behavior and each dimension, the information query behavior and the dimensions of each dimension. The information demand can stimulate the information query behavior and the innovation behavior, and the information query behavior and the innovation behavior in turn can feed back the information demand, and the information query behavior and the innovation behavior of the researchers in the team mode of the teachers and students Interact and influence to form a benign interaction.
