【摘要】：對臺灣地區(qū)高校的區(qū)域及國際協(xié)同創(chuàng)新進行分析,以"邁向頂尖大學計劃"和"跨國頂尖研究中心計劃"為例,分別介紹臺灣高校在進行跨校資源整合、實現(xiàn)領(lǐng)域互補、跨國合作研究、建立合作聯(lián)盟方面的做法和經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the regional and international collaborative innovation of colleges and universities in Taiwan, and takes the "towards the Top University Plan" and the "multinational Top Research Center Plan" as examples to introduce the practices and experiences of Taiwan colleges and universities in integrating cross-school resources, realizing domain complementarity, transnational cooperative research and establishing cooperative alliance.
