農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化發(fā)展路徑研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)教育是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)動(dòng)力,構(gòu)建和諧有序的大學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)教育體系是教育引領(lǐng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必要基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)前中國(guó)體制改革對(duì)創(chuàng)新人才需求日益凸顯,而高等教育改革發(fā)展不能充分滿(mǎn)足民眾接受優(yōu)質(zhì)教育的需求。近年來(lái)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中盲目追求規(guī);、綜合化,缺乏基于現(xiàn)實(shí)的特色與優(yōu)勢(shì)意識(shí),同質(zhì)性發(fā)展成為當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)發(fā)展的共性病癥。在此背景下,探索農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化發(fā)展路徑對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本論文從功能角度構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)體系,以事物發(fā)展規(guī)律為指導(dǎo)依據(jù),劃分農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化發(fā)展階段,基于對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)38所農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析,充分借鑒教育部5所部屬院校職業(yè)化探索的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示,旨在為國(guó)內(nèi)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化發(fā)展提出路徑建議。 全文共分為四部分。第一部分為理論研究,主要對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)、職業(yè)化發(fā)展階段及其發(fā)展路徑進(jìn)行理論探討;第二部分為現(xiàn)狀研究,重點(diǎn)闡述38所農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化發(fā)展路徑的現(xiàn)狀及其所存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)所存問(wèn)題進(jìn)行歸因分析;第三部分為案例研究,主要以教育部5所部屬院校試點(diǎn)公開(kāi)選拔校長(zhǎng)作為職業(yè)化探索案例,分析其職業(yè)化探索依據(jù)及其實(shí)施過(guò)程,總結(jié)啟示;第四部分以前三部分研究為基礎(chǔ),分別從職業(yè)化觀(guān)念、職業(yè)化政策、職業(yè)化過(guò)程、職業(yè)化素質(zhì)以及職業(yè)化機(jī)制等方面出發(fā),探討有效推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化發(fā)展的路徑。
[Abstract]:Agricultural education is the basic driving force of the national economy, and the construction of a harmonious and orderly university agricultural education system is the necessary basis for education to lead the social and economic development. At present, the demand for innovative talents in China's system reform is becoming more and more prominent, but the reform and development of higher education can not fully meet the needs of the people to receive quality education. In recent years, agricultural universities blindly pursue scale and integration in the process of development, lack of realistic characteristics and superiority consciousness, homogeneous development has become a common disease in the development of domestic agricultural universities. In this context, it is of great significance to explore the path of professional development of agricultural university presidents for the development of domestic agricultural universities. This paper constructs the professional quality structure system of the president of agricultural university from the functional point of view, and divides the professional development stage of the president of agricultural university under the guidance of the law of the development of things. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the professionalization development of 38 agricultural universities in China, this paper fully draws lessons from the experience and enlightenment of the professionalization exploration of the 5 affiliated colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education, and puts forward some suggestions for the professionalization development of the presidents of the domestic agricultural universities. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part is the theoretical research, mainly to the agricultural university president professionalization quality structure, the professionalization development stage and the development path carries on the theoretical discussion; The second part is the research on the present situation, focusing on the present situation and existing problems of the professional development path of the presidents of 38 agricultural universities, and analyzes the causes of the existing problems. The third part is the case study, mainly taking the pilot open selection of presidents from five affiliated colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education as the case of professionalization, analyzing the basis of professional exploration and its implementation process, and summing up the enlightenment. The fourth part, based on the previous three parts, discusses the ways to effectively promote the professionalization of agricultural university presidents from the aspects of professionalization concept, professionalization policy, professionalization process, professionalization quality and professionalization mechanism.
