網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播對高校思想政治教育的影響及對策

【摘要】:本文引入了傳播學(xué)中的“議程設(shè)置功能”理論、“把關(guān)人”理論、“培養(yǎng)”理論和“沉默的螺旋”理論四大理論,探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播對高校思想政治教育的積極影響和消極作用,著重針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播對高校思想政治教育帶來的困境提出相應(yīng)的對策。全文共有五章內(nèi)容。整個論文結(jié)構(gòu)前四章,即網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播概述,網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播與高校思想政治教育的耦合,網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播提升高校思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新力,,網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播對高校思想政治教育帶來的困境,是為第五章網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播環(huán)境下高校思想政治教育的應(yīng)對策略,鋪路搭橋做準(zhǔn)備,進(jìn)而從傳播內(nèi)容,傳播主體,傳播受眾,傳播環(huán)境四方面提出相應(yīng)的對策。即以社會主義核心價值體系引領(lǐng)高校思想政治教育;打造適應(yīng)信息化發(fā)展的高校思想政治教育隊伍;開展受眾媒介素養(yǎng)教育與培訓(xùn);加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控以凈化網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播環(huán)境。其中突出的特點(diǎn)是實現(xiàn)了將傳播學(xué)四大理論作為一根主線貫穿全文始終的目的,尤其在應(yīng)對策略中,凸顯了傳播學(xué)理論與高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的緊密結(jié)合,將其有效融為一體,避免了傳播學(xué)理論與高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育各自為陣的“兩張皮”現(xiàn)象。 在第五章第一節(jié)中,筆者創(chuàng)造性地提出堅持將“內(nèi)容為王”的傳播理念運(yùn)用于高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育中,縱觀現(xiàn)有相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),應(yīng)該是一亮點(diǎn)。當(dāng)然,新思路的提出顯得甚為稚嫩,還需要不斷地思考、探索。在第五章第四節(jié),加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控以凈化網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播環(huán)境中,筆者提出,將硬性監(jiān)控和隱性監(jiān)控相結(jié)合的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播環(huán)境監(jiān)控策略,即除了制定相應(yīng)法律法規(guī)、運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)等硬性監(jiān)控手段之外,還應(yīng)該運(yùn)用隱性監(jiān)控也可稱之為間接監(jiān)控,即有意識地設(shè)置議程以實現(xiàn)隱性監(jiān)控;由“把關(guān)人”向“意見領(lǐng)袖”轉(zhuǎn)變,擔(dān)當(dāng)監(jiān)督者角色兩點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。還是那句話,只憑借簡單地堵截負(fù)面信息并不是解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播極端自由化的深層次的有效對策,而應(yīng)把“硬性監(jiān)控”和“隱性監(jiān)控”相結(jié)合,創(chuàng)設(shè)健康的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播環(huán)境,營造良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播氛圍,作為高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育工作者“把關(guān)”的有效手段。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the theory of "agenda setting function", the theory of "gatekeeper", the theory of "training" and the theory of "silent spiral" in communication, and probes into the positive and negative effects of network communication on ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for the predicament brought by the network communication to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. There are five chapters in the full text. The first four chapters of the whole paper, that is, the overview of network communication, the coupling of network communication and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the network communication improves the innovation ability of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and the predicament brought about by network communication to ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is to prepare for the countermeasures of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the network communication environment, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures from four aspects: communication content, communication subject, communication audience and communication environment. That is, to lead the ideological and political education in colleges and universities with the socialist core value system; to build the ideological and political education team in colleges and universities to adapt to the development of information technology; to carry out the media literacy education and training of the audience; and to strengthen the network monitoring to purify the network communication environment. The outstanding characteristic is to realize the purpose of running through the full text as a main line of the four theories of communication, especially in the coping strategies, which highlights the close combination of communication theory and network ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The effective integration of communication theory and network ideological and political education in colleges and universities avoids the phenomenon of "two skins" of communication theory and network ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In the first section of the fifth chapter, the author creatively puts forward that the communication concept of "content is Wang" should be applied to the network ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and it should be a bright spot to look at the existing relevant literature. Of course, the new ideas appear to be very young, but also need to constantly think and explore. In the fourth section of the fifth chapter, in order to strengthen the network monitoring in order to purify the network communication environment, the author puts forward the monitoring strategy of the network communication environment, which combines hard monitoring and hidden monitoring, that is, in addition to formulating the corresponding laws and regulations, In addition to the use of network technology and other hard monitoring means, we should also use implicit monitoring, which can also be called indirect monitoring, that is, consciously set the agenda to achieve hidden monitoring; Change from "gatekeeper" to "opinion leader" and play the role of supervisor. In that same sentence, simply intercepting negative information is not a deep and effective strategy to solve the extreme liberalization of network communication, but should combine "hard monitoring" with "hidden monitoring" to create a healthy network communication environment. Create a good network communication atmosphere, as an effective means of network ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities.
