【摘要】：高校管理隊(duì)伍是高校人才隊(duì)伍中的重要組成部分,他們?cè)诟咝０l(fā)揮教育教學(xué)、科學(xué)研究、社會(huì)服務(wù)以及文化傳承的職能中具有非常重要的意義。沒有高素質(zhì)的高教管理人才就不會(huì)有高水平的高教管理,這就必將制約高校的發(fā)展建設(shè)。當(dāng)前,高等教育的發(fā)展變化對(duì)我國(guó)高校的管理工作提出了新的要求,這就要求高校必須努力提高管理人員的素質(zhì),改善管理狀況,提高管理的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。加強(qiáng)高校管理隊(duì)伍的思想政治教育,對(duì)于高校高素質(zhì)管理隊(duì)伍的打造具有特別重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,充分發(fā)揮思想政治教育的獨(dú)特作用,建設(shè)一支求真務(wù)實(shí)、作風(fēng)民主、廉潔高效的管理隊(duì)伍是高等教育發(fā)展的必然要求。 本文分為三個(gè)部分：第一部分論述了我國(guó)高校管理隊(duì)伍思想政治教育的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)和意義。第二部分對(duì)高校管理隊(duì)伍思想政治教育存在的問題和產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因進(jìn)行分析。第三部分論述了高校管理隊(duì)伍思想政治教育的三個(gè)途徑。 作為高校管理隊(duì)伍中的一員,此文是筆者對(duì)高校管理隊(duì)伍思想政治教育工作的初淺的看法和不成熟的研究,在以后的工作中會(huì)進(jìn)一步研究探索。
[Abstract]:The management team of colleges and universities is an important part of the talent team in colleges and universities. It is of great significance for colleges and universities to play the functions of education and teaching, scientific research, social service and cultural inheritance. Without high quality higher education management talents, there will be no high level of higher education management, which will restrict the development and construction of colleges and universities. At present, the development and change of higher education has put forward new requirements for the management of colleges and universities in our country, which requires colleges and universities to strive to improve the quality of managers, improve the management situation and improve the competitiveness of management. Strengthening the ideological and political education of the management team in colleges and universities is of great practical significance to the building of the high-quality management team in colleges and universities, giving full play to the unique role of ideological and political education, and building a pragmatic and democratic style of work. Clean and efficient management team is the inevitable requirement of the development of higher education. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part discusses the connotation, characteristics and significance of ideological and political education of management team in colleges and universities in China. The second part analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political education of the management team in colleges and universities and the causes of these problems. The third part discusses the three ways of ideological and political education in the management team of colleges and universities. As a member of the management team in colleges and universities, this paper is the author's preliminary views and immature research on the ideological and political education of the management team in colleges and universities, and will further study and explore in the future work.
