高校多校區(qū)辦學(xué)條件下校園文化融合問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)90年代,國(guó)家對(duì)高等教育提出了“共建、調(diào)整、合作、合并”方針,現(xiàn)今的揚(yáng)州大學(xué)率先揭開(kāi)了高校合并重組的序幕,多校區(qū)辦學(xué)模式也由此應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。而1999年高校擴(kuò)招政策的推行,瞬間加速了多校區(qū)高校的興起。各大高校為了滿足擴(kuò)招后的辦學(xué)需求,要么與其它高校合并重組,要么選擇新建校區(qū),多校區(qū)辦學(xué)風(fēng)潮漸起?梢哉f(shuō),多校區(qū)辦學(xué)模式是中國(guó)高等教育體制改革的結(jié)果,也是高等教育“大眾化”的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。隨著2010年招生規(guī)模的減小,高校合并、擴(kuò)建的浪潮已經(jīng)過(guò)去,但這種模式帶來(lái)的影響才剛剛開(kāi)始。目前,許多高;緦(shí)現(xiàn)了統(tǒng)一的管理,但距離實(shí)質(zhì)性的融合,實(shí)現(xiàn)“同一個(gè)大學(xué)”的目標(biāo),還有很長(zhǎng)的一段距離。而要達(dá)到實(shí)質(zhì)性的融合,校園文化的融合才是關(guān)鍵所在。一所真正的高水平大學(xué),必然有著濃厚的文化歷史底蘊(yùn),而文化底蘊(yùn)的沉淀是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的歷史過(guò)程。正因?yàn)槿绱?多校區(qū)高校校園文化的融合才顯的尤為重要,但校園文化的長(zhǎng)期性也決定了高校的融合是一個(gè)漫長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程。本文在對(duì)校園文化的內(nèi)涵、作用,多校區(qū)高校形成的背景、類型等內(nèi)容闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了多校區(qū)高校校園文化的基本特征,探討了多校區(qū)高校校園文化融合的時(shí)代價(jià)值。從多校區(qū)高校校園文化融合的優(yōu)勢(shì)、制約多校區(qū)高校校園文化融合的因素,以及多校區(qū)高校校園文化在融合過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題深入分析了多校區(qū)高校校園文化融合的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境。在結(jié)合現(xiàn)有情況的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了多校區(qū)高校校園文化融合的發(fā)展思路,從堅(jiān)持統(tǒng)一性與多樣性相統(tǒng)一、堅(jiān)持傳承與創(chuàng)新相統(tǒng)一兩個(gè)方面提出了多校區(qū)高校校園文化融合的兩大基本原則,并分別從物質(zhì)文化層面、制度文化層面、精神文化層面三個(gè)大方面對(duì)多校區(qū)高校校園文化融合的對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:In the 1990s, the state put forward the policy of "co-construction, adjustment, cooperation and merger" to higher education. Yangzhou University took the lead in opening the prelude of the consolidation and reorganization of colleges and universities, and the multi-campus mode of running a school came into being at the historic moment. In 1999, the expansion of college enrollment policy accelerated the rise of multi-campus colleges and universities. In order to meet the needs of enrollment expansion, universities either merge and reorganize with other universities, or choose to build new campuses, multi-campus school-running tide is gradually rising. It can be said that the multi-campus school-running mode is the result of the reform of Chinese higher education system, and it is also the realistic need of the popularization of higher education. With the decline in enrollment in 2010, the wave of consolidation and expansion of colleges and universities has passed, but the impact of this model has only just begun. At present, many colleges and universities have basically realized unified management, but there is still a long way to go to realize the goal of "one university" by the integration of substance and the realization of the goal of "one university". And to achieve substantive integration, campus culture integration is the key. A real high-level university must have a strong cultural and historical heritage, and the precipitation of cultural heritage is a long-term historical process. Because of this, the integration of campus culture in multi-campus colleges and universities is particularly important, but the long-term nature of campus culture also determines that the integration of colleges and universities is a long process. On the basis of expounding the connotation and function of campus culture, the background and type of multi-campus colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of campus culture of multi-campus colleges and universities, and probes into the age value of campus culture fusion of multi-campus colleges and universities. From the advantages of multi-campus university campus culture fusion, the factors restricting multi-campus university campus culture fusion, and the problems existing in the process of multi-campus university campus culture fusion, this paper deeply analyzes the realistic predicament of multi-campus university campus culture fusion. On the basis of the existing situation, this paper constructs the development idea of campus culture fusion in multi-campus colleges and universities, and unifies the unity and diversity from the point of view of adhering to unity and diversity. Adhering to the unity of inheritance and innovation, this paper puts forward two basic principles of campus culture fusion in multi-campus colleges and universities, and puts forward the two basic principles of the integration of campus culture in multi-campus universities from the aspects of material culture and institutional culture. Three aspects of the spiritual and cultural aspects of the multi-campus culture integration of the countermeasures.
