【摘要】：以中國科技統(tǒng)計年鑒提供的最新數(shù)據(jù)為分析依據(jù),對2001-2010年十年間高�；A(chǔ)研究經(jīng)費投入總量、投入增長率、投入強度及投入的地域分布狀況進行了描述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和公共政策這兩個影響高�；A(chǔ)研究經(jīng)費投入的因素進行了分析,并提出充分發(fā)揮政府作為高校基礎(chǔ)研究經(jīng)費投入的主體作用,拓展經(jīng)費投入渠道、培育多元化投入主體的改進建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the latest data provided by the Statistical Yearbook of Science and Technology in China, this paper describes the total amount of investment in basic research in colleges and universities from 2001 to 2010, the growth rate of investment, the intensity of investment and the regional distribution of investment. On this basis, this paper analyzes the economic development level and public policy, which affect the investment of basic research funds in colleges and universities, and puts forward that the government plays a main role as the main body of investment in basic research funds of colleges and universities. Expand the channel of investment, cultivate diversified input of the main body of improvement suggestions.
