【摘要】：正深化科技體制改革,加快國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系建設(shè),是黨的十八大對(duì)實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出的明確要求。評(píng)價(jià)體系是導(dǎo)向,為探索建立以創(chuàng)新質(zhì)量和價(jià)值貢獻(xiàn)為導(dǎo)向的評(píng)價(jià)體系,教育部科學(xué)技術(shù)委員會(huì)今年組織了全國(guó)30多所高校分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和科技界有關(guān)專家對(duì)相關(guān)單位進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)目前我國(guó)高�？萍荚u(píng)價(jià)體系的現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),對(duì)其存在的主要問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)
[Abstract]:Deepening the reform of the science and technology system and speeding up the construction of the national innovation system are the clear requirements of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy. The evaluation system is guided. In order to explore and establish an evaluation system oriented by the contribution of innovation quality and value, the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education this year organized more than 30 colleges and universities throughout the country to manage leaders and relevant experts in the scientific and technological circles to conduct research on the relevant units. On this basis, this paper summarizes the current situation, characteristics and development trend of the evaluation system of science and technology in colleges and universities in our country, and gives a summary of the main problems existing in the evaluation system and the resulting society.
