基于心理契約理論的北京民辦普通高校輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:自2004年中央加大關(guān)注大學(xué)生思想政治教育以來,高校輔導(dǎo)員的重要性也逐步凸顯,隊(duì)伍建設(shè)取得了豐厚的成果。與此同時(shí),伴隨著我國教育體制改革的不斷深入,民辦高校已經(jīng)成為了高等教育的重要組成部分,發(fā)揮著重要的育人作用。然而,在公立高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的重要性不斷凸顯的今天,民辦高校的輔導(dǎo)員建設(shè)還較為薄弱,亟需各方的重視。同時(shí),國內(nèi)缺乏聚焦民辦高校與輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制的相關(guān)理論研究;诶碚撋系目瞻着c現(xiàn)實(shí)中的差異,本文著力探討民辦高校輔導(dǎo)員激勵(lì)機(jī)制,試圖從心理契約的角度得到啟示。本文從管理學(xué)的視角,創(chuàng)造性的搭建了基于心理契約理論的激勵(lì)機(jī)制分析框架。本文選取北京13所民辦高校開展詳實(shí)的調(diào)研,并在分析框架中予以分析研判,找到制約當(dāng)前民辦高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍良性發(fā)展的癥結(jié)所在。本文認(rèn)為,民辦高校應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對輔導(dǎo)員的激勵(lì),建立公平合理的工作環(huán)境、晉升環(huán)境與發(fā)展環(huán)境,從而發(fā)揮輔導(dǎo)員在民辦高校人才培養(yǎng)中的重要作用,并針對我國民辦高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提出了相應(yīng)建議。
[Abstract]:Since the central government paid more attention to the ideological and political education of college students in 2004, the importance of college counselors has also gradually become more and more prominent, and the construction of the team has made great achievements. At the same time, with the deepening of China's educational system reform, private colleges and universities have become an important part of higher education, playing an important role in educating people. However, with the importance of the construction of counselors in public colleges and universities, the construction of counselors in private colleges and universities is still weak, which needs the attention of all parties. At the same time, the domestic lack of focus on private colleges and counselors incentive mechanism related theoretical research. Based on the gap in theory and the difference in reality, this paper focuses on the incentive mechanism of counselors in private colleges and universities, and tries to get enlightenment from the perspective of psychological contract. From the perspective of management, this paper creatively builds an incentive mechanism analysis framework based on psychological contract theory. In this paper, 13 private colleges and universities in Beijing are selected to carry out detailed investigation and analysis and judgment in the framework of analysis to find out the crux of restricting the benign development of counselors in non-governmental colleges and universities at present. This paper argues that private colleges and universities should strengthen the encouragement of counselors, establish a fair and reasonable working environment, promote the environment and development environment, so as to give full play to the important role of counselors in the training of talents in private colleges and universities. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward for the construction of counselors in private colleges and universities in our country.
