大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)正在構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì),實(shí)現(xiàn)每個(gè)人全面和諧發(fā)展是我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展所追求的本質(zhì)。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的改革、社會(huì)的迅猛發(fā)展和高校教育改革的不斷深入,高校教育從“精英教育”向“大眾化教育”轉(zhuǎn)型的同時(shí),大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體也逐漸引起了社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注,了解大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體及其思想政治教育困境,通過思想政治教育手段促其全面發(fā)展,對(duì)高校思想政治工作有著十分重要的意義。 第一部分,導(dǎo)論。主要分析近年來對(duì)大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體現(xiàn)狀的研究成果,闡述了大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育的研究背景、研究動(dòng)態(tài)和研究方式,明確了大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育研究的不足:在研究范疇傾向于經(jīng)濟(jì)弱勢(shì)學(xué)生、研究角度沒有涉及到教育的客體以及大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體分類特點(diǎn)概括不明確等。通過這些研究確定本文的切入角度和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二部分,大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀。通過問卷調(diào)查與分析,從經(jīng)濟(jì)弱勢(shì)群體、生理弱勢(shì)群體、心里弱勢(shì)群體、學(xué)習(xí)弱勢(shì)群體四個(gè)方面論述了大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體的類型及特點(diǎn),從不利于社會(huì)主義和諧發(fā)展、不利于高校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和不利于自身全面發(fā)展三個(gè)方面指出了大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體可能產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響,從社會(huì)因素、學(xué)校因素、家庭因素和自身因素四個(gè)方面闡述了大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體產(chǎn)生的原因,并從教育理念上重視顯性客體而忽略隱性群體、教育方法上重視單向幫扶而忽略客體感受、教育內(nèi)容上重視粗放理論灌輸而忽略細(xì)致心理輔導(dǎo)、教育渠道上重視第二課堂而忽略全方位育人等角度分析了大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育的困境。 第三部分,大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育體系構(gòu)建;谝陨系姆治,嘗試構(gòu)建大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育的理論體系。即在正確的思想指導(dǎo)下,堅(jiān)持以人為本和教育公平相結(jié)合、教育引導(dǎo)和自我調(diào)節(jié)相結(jié)合、解決思想問題和實(shí)際問題相結(jié)合的原則,針對(duì)弱勢(shì)群體形成的原因提出了加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育的具體措施:更新教育理念,增加大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育的關(guān)注度;改進(jìn)教育方法,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育的實(shí)效性;豐富教育內(nèi)容,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育的吸引力;擴(kuò)展教育渠道,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育的覆蓋面。期望能夠改進(jìn)大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體思想政治教育教育工作,為其提供一些理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:China is building a socialist harmonious society, and realizing the all-round harmonious development of everyone is the essence of our social development. With the reform of China's economic system, the rapid development of society and the deepening of the reform of university education, the transformation of university education from "elite education" to "popular education" is at the same time. The vulnerable groups of college students have gradually aroused the attention of all walks of life. It is of great significance to understand the disadvantaged groups of college students and their difficulties in ideological and political education and to promote their all-round development by means of ideological and political education, which is of great significance to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. The first part is introduction. This paper mainly analyzes the research achievements on the current situation of vulnerable groups of college students in recent years, and expounds the research background, research trends and research methods of ideological and political education of the vulnerable groups of college students. The deficiency of the research on ideological and political education of the vulnerable groups of college students is clarified: in the category of research, the object of education is not related to the object of education and the characteristics of the classification of vulnerable groups of college students are not clear and so on. Through these studies, this paper determines the cut-in angle and innovation points. The second part, the current situation of ideological and political education of vulnerable groups of college students. Through questionnaire investigation and analysis, this paper discusses the types and characteristics of vulnerable groups of college students from four aspects: economic vulnerable groups, physiological vulnerable groups, psychological vulnerable groups and learning vulnerable groups, which is not conducive to the harmonious development of socialism. It is not conducive to the sustainable development of colleges and universities and is not conducive to the overall development of their own three aspects of the college students may have a negative impact of vulnerable groups, from the social factors, school factors, Family factors and self-factors explain the reasons for the emergence of vulnerable groups of college students, and attach importance to explicit objects while ignoring hidden groups in educational ideas, and attach importance to one-way assistance while neglecting object feelings in educational methods. This paper analyzes the predicament of ideological and political education of vulnerable groups of college students from the angle of emphasizing extensive theory inculcating and neglecting meticulous psychological guidance and paying attention to the second classroom and omni-directional education of human beings in educational channels. The third part, the construction of the ideological and political education system of the vulnerable groups of college students. Based on the above analysis, this paper tries to construct the theoretical system of ideological and political education for vulnerable groups of college students. That is, under the correct ideological guidance, we should adhere to the principle of combining people-oriented with educational equity, educational guidance and self-regulation, and solving ideological and practical problems. This paper puts forward some concrete measures to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of the vulnerable groups in view of the reasons for the formation of the vulnerable groups: renew the educational concept and increase the attention of the ideological and political education of the vulnerable groups of the college students; To improve the methods of education, to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of vulnerable groups of college students, to enrich the content of education, to enhance the attraction of ideological and political education of vulnerable groups of college students; Expand educational channels and strengthen the coverage of ideological and political education of vulnerable groups of college students. It is expected to improve the ideological and political education of the vulnerable groups of college students and provide some theoretical and practical basis for it.
