【摘要】：從黨的十五大把“實行依法治國，建設(shè)社會主義法治國家”確定為國家的基本方略，到中國特色社會主義法律體系初步形成，我國的法治建設(shè)取得了可喜的成就，但是，國家的法治建設(shè)還任重道遠。因為法治建設(shè)不僅要專注于法律制度的完善，更要關(guān)注公民法律素質(zhì)的普遍提升。加強法制宣傳教育，不斷提高全民族的法律意識和學法、知法、守法、依法辦事的自覺性是社會主義法治建設(shè)的一項基礎(chǔ)性工作。 在社會日益呼喚加強法制建設(shè)和教育的今天，，大學生的法制觀念如何、法律素質(zhì)怎樣,將關(guān)系到中華民族在新的歷史時期法制建設(shè)的進程。雖然我國高等院校在30余年的法制教育中取得了一定的成績,但實效性并不理想，大學生法制意識淡薄,法律知識欠缺,違法乃至犯罪行為屢有發(fā)生的現(xiàn)實依然存在,這與建設(shè)社會主義法治社會和大學生的全面自由發(fā)展不相適應(yīng)，因而,研究大學生法制教育的實效性就具有了非常重要的意義。 本文擬在借鑒以往研究的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合時代發(fā)展變化，以明確高校法制教育的定位為切入點，從學校、家庭、社會、自我四個角度探析提高大學生法制教育實效性的對策。本文共分為四個部分： 第一部分緒論，主要論述了本文研究的目的和意義、基本思路和方法、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究的創(chuàng)新點。 第二部分大學生法制教育基本理論，主要概述了法制、法制教育、大學生法制教育的內(nèi)涵以及大學生法制教育的內(nèi)容與功能，明確了大學生法制教育的目標與定位。 第三部分大學生法制教育的現(xiàn)狀及分析，通過對所發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷的科學分析，梳理了大學生法制教育的有利因素和制約因素，深入探討了大學生法制教育缺失的原因。 第四部分提高大學生法制教育實效性的對策，針對大學生法制教育存在的問題，從立足高校法制教育、改善家庭法制教育、凈化社會法制環(huán)境、引導大學生自我法制教育四個方面提出了相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:From the 15th National Congress of the CPC to "administering the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law" as the basic strategy of the country, to the preliminary formation of the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the construction of the rule of law in China has made gratifying achievements, but, The construction of the rule of law in the country still has a long way to go. Because the rule of law construction should not only focus on the perfection of the legal system, but also pay attention to the general improvement of citizens' legal quality. It is a basic work of socialist rule of law construction to strengthen the publicity and education of legal system, to improve the whole nation's legal consciousness, to learn the law, to observe the law, and to act in accordance with the law. Today, when the society calls for strengthening the construction and education of the legal system, the concept of the legal system and the quality of the law of the college students will be related to the process of the construction of the legal system of the Chinese nation in the new historical period. Although China's colleges and universities have made certain achievements in the legal education for more than 30 years, the actual effect is not ideal, the legal consciousness of college students is weak, legal knowledge is lacking, and the fact that violations of the law and even the occurrence of criminal acts still exist. This is not compatible with the construction of socialist society ruled by law and the all-round and free development of college students. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the effectiveness of college students' legal education. Based on the past research, combining with the development and change of the times, this paper aims to probe into the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the legal education of college students from the four angles of school, family, society and self, in order to make clear the orientation of the legal education in colleges and universities. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part of the introduction, mainly discusses the purpose and significance of this study, basic ideas and methods, domestic and foreign research status, research innovation. The second part is the basic theory of college students' legal education, which mainly summarizes the legal system, legal education, the connotation of college students' legal education, the content and function of college students' legal education, and clarifies the goal and orientation of college students' legal education. The third part is the current situation and analysis of the legal education of college students. Through the scientific analysis of the questionnaires issued, the author combs the favorable and restrictive factors of the legal education of the college students, and probes into the reasons for the lack of the legal education of the college students. The fourth part is the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of college students' legal education. In view of the problems existing in the legal education of college students, we should improve the family legal education and purify the social legal environment from the perspective of legal education in colleges and universities. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward in four aspects of guiding college students' self-education of legal system.
